AFTER my conversation with Martin, I didn't see him anymore, maybe he went home, which made me happy because finally there was no more disturbance in my plan.

I went back to the street where Nanay Cynthia was selling, I saw her packing up her things so I immediately approached her, her goods sold out really quickly because there's no denying that her barbeque is delicious that's why she has many customers

"Nanya Cynthia!" I called her attention, she was slightly stunned before looking at me

"Oh really.. are you really sure you're young enough to come with me?" he asked, I just nodded in response and immediately approached him and took the things he was carrying

"I'll be here, so it's quick" I replied with a smile

"Your clothes will get dirty" he said, I just ignored him and immediately changed the subject

"Let's go, let's take this home with you so we can go to the hospital" I was in a hurry here, he got alarmed and picked up the other things and walked first

WHEN we reached his house, I immediately stacked the things I was carrying and shook his hand then waved to mom cynthia again to go to the hospital

"Let's go, let's go?" my mother

"oh wait a minute, why did you seem so easy earlier" when she inquired

"aaahh.. if you want, let's slow down a little" I replied which made her smile

"you're a crazy kid" she joked

After resting for a while, we immediately got into the Jeep and headed to the hospital where the real Maya was, couldn't Louisiana also be in my body?

As the jeep we were riding in was getting closer to its destination, my chest was beating faster and faster, I felt a strange nervousness that I had never felt before

"stop!" my mother cynthia shouted which brought me back to reality

"let's go" my mother said to me then grabbed my wrist, I just followed her as she pulled me. We entered the said hospital and immediately headed to the room where my body was.

When mom cynthia opened the door, I couldn't get in right away because I was frozen in place, I saw my body lying down and so many things attached to my body

I approached it trembling, my chest was beating so hard, I couldn't believe what was happening

"He had an accident on his way home, that's what happened" mom cynthia woke me up, maybe she noticed my shock at seeing what was inside the room

I was so confused and couldn't accept that I was lost in my own body so I immediately said goodbye to mom cynthia and started running just to get out of the hospital right away, I couldn't do it yet, I couldn't see myself in that situation

After leaving the hospital, I just sat down and hugged myself while crying.

I have so many problems and I don't know what to solve first.

Why am I experiencing this?

I was planning to go back inside and just sleep there for a while but I was shocked when a security guard greeted me

"Ma'am, how are you? Are you okay?" he greeted, even though I didn't know him I smiled at him and answered his questions

"I'm fine" was my short answer

"Why are you here, ma'am? Are you going to get checked up? Why aren't you with Sir Martin?" he asked one after another

"He's busy" I lied, he just nodded and said goodbye before leaving

Why does he know me? Are they friends with Louisiana?

I went straight inside the hospital and headed to the elevator then pressed the 3rd floor of the hospital, it was about to close when two men chased after me and got into the elevator together

the man had his back to me but I felt strange as if he was familiar to me, but since I had no idea who that man was I just ignored my feelings, maybe I would talk to him later and he would just ignore me so I just stayed silent while the elevator was running.

"Mikes have you seen Louisiana? I heard that she was discharged, aren't you going to visit her?" said a man

"when was it? I didn't hear I was on a business trip remember?" the man replied, I was just listening to the two of them while they were talking about Louisiana

"I know it was yesterday or maybe just now, I'm not sure but to be sure, you should check on the one you love" he said with a teasing voice and pushed the man next to him

love? does he love Louisiana?

When we reached the 3rd floor, the two men came out first, then I also came out on the left, they went through while I went on the right so I couldn't follow what they were talking about

I went back to the room where my body was but I didn't try to go in, I just sat outside and was stunned, how can I do this? who can I ask, do I need to consult a doctor or a fortune teller I'm confused about my fate

"Louisiana?" said a voice that was unfamiliar to me, when I looked up I saw a man with a seemingly perfect face. He had a perfect nose and jawline that matched the shape of his face, thick eyebrows and hazelnut-colored eyes, I was amazed by what I saw

"hey?" he said, which brought me back to reality

"h-hi" I answered briefly

"are you here for your check up?" he asked, I hadn't recovered from the surprise yet so I just nodded at his question

"I'll join you" he said to me, when I saw him wearing a black suit I remembered who he was, he was the guy I was with in the elevator, the guy Louisiana was in love with according to the guy he was with earlier

does that mean we're in a relationship? We're in a relationship while I'm married? if you are being looked down upon, oh

"You look pale and frustrated, come in so I can get checked up and you can go home" he said then took my hand and then headed to the consultation room

upon entering, I stayed inside and asked the man to wait outside, I was uncomfortable because I didn't know him well yet.
