Peter and Danny sit under the big oak tree in the park. Danny opens up his phone.
Peter: “So, you mentioned a player—Jordi?”
Danny: “Yeah, let’s take a shot.”
Danny scrolls through Jordi’s Instagram, finds his page, and types:
"Hi, my name is Danny. I want you to join my new football club I’m forming."
[SEND] 📱
Seconds later, Jordi replies:
“Está bien, mi valor es de 3.500, te dejo hablar con mi agente, el señor Fabio.” 🇪🇸
Danny squints.
Danny: “Huh?”
He jumps to Google Translate and decodes it:
“Okay, my value is 3,500. I’ll let you speak with my agent, Mr. Fabio.” ✅
Danny: “Peter… here we go!”
Peter (grinning): “Let’s gooo.” 🙌
📍 Scene 2: Invitation to Madrid
Jordi sends another message:
“Vamos a encontrarnos en Madrid, cerca del estadio del Real Madrid, cerca de la zapatería y el zoológico, gire a la izquierda, luego verá un banco debajo de un árbol, quédese allí.”
Danny translates:
“Let’s meet in Madrid, near the Real Madrid stadium, close to a shoemaker’s shop and the zoo. Turn left, then see a bench under a tree. Stay there.”
Danny: “Peter, pack your bag. We’re heading to Madrid!” 🧳✈️
Peter: “I’ve got my passport. Do you?”
Danny: “Ah. No.” 😅

Danny nearly faints from joy.

They finally arrive in Madrid.
Peter (stepping out): “HAH! We’re finally here!”
Danny: “My back is broken but let’s go.” 😵💫
🌳 Scene 5: Meeting Under the Tree
The sun is setting. They reach the bench Jordi mentioned.
Sitting there are two figures—Jordi, calm and confident, and Pablo, his sharp-dressed agent.
Peter: “Jordi, can you speak English?”
Jordi (smiling): “A little bit. Hello. Name Jordi. Midfielder. Also left mid.”
Pablo: “Hola. You may talk.”
Danny: “We want Jordi on our team.”
Pablo: “He has a release clause.”
Danny: “No problem. But we can’t go beyond €10,000. That’s around £8,000.” 💰
Pablo (pauses): “Hmm. Meet me tomorrow. At my office.”
He explains:
“Go behind the zoo, turn right, go straight. You’ll see a clinic, enter and find the huge building beside it. Go upstairs, my office is there.”
Jordi (waving): “Adiós, guys.” 👋
Peter: “See you tomorrow.”
✅ End of Episode 5
🌍 Danny and Peter have crossed borders.
