Aditya VS Sher Singh

Previously, you read how Ballu the wolf was shocked when Aditya spoke—and even more surprised when they both realized they could understand each other's language. Just then, Coco the hamster explained that this strange phenomenon might be happening because Aditya had been struck by lightning.

After hearing this, Ballu suggested they go to meet Sher Singh, the feared lion king of the jungle. Aditya agreed without hesitation, and the trio made their way to Sher Singh's court.

As Sher Singh caught sight of Aditya, Coco began to tremble with fear.

“What’s wrong, Coco? Why are you shaking?” Aditya asked, concerned.

Coco replied, “Aditya, this lion—Sher Singh—kills any human he lays eyes on. And if that human is accompanied by an animal, he mercilessly kills them too—whether or not they’ve done anything wrong.”

“But why? Why does he do that?”

Coco sighed. “About a year ago, Sher Singh killed an animal in front of a sage who was deep in meditation. The animal’s cries disturbed the sage, and in his anger, the sage cursed Sher Singh: ‘One day, a human and an animal, both capable of speaking the language of animals, will come to you—and they will be the cause of your death. You will die in agony.’ Since then, Sher Singh has become ruthless. He hates me because I can speak the human language.”

Noticing Aditya and Coco talking, Sher Singh snarled, “Coco, what are you saying to this human?”

Sher Singh wasn’t surprised; he already knew Coco could speak the language of humans.

“Nothing, Your Majesty,” Coco replied. “We were just talking about you.”

Sher Singh leapt forward and landed right in front of them. Aditya instinctively stepped back. Seeing this, Sher Singh slowly approached and suddenly raised his paw—then, without warning, killed a rabbit sitting nearby. It was a clear warning to Aditya: This is what I can do. You’ve made a mistake coming here.

Aditya’s eyes narrowed with fury. Suddenly, they began to glow blue. Dark clouds gathered overhead, thunder rumbling in the distance.

Sher Singh, startled by this display, thought to himself, Could this be the human the sage warned me about?

Coco, still perched on Aditya’s shoulder, stared at him in awe. Then, out of fear, he flew down and stood at a distance.

“You’ve made a terrible mistake, Sher Singh,” Aditya said, his voice filled with rage. “You’re a disgrace to your species. Real lions only hunt to survive—not for sport. But you kill for pleasure. You will have to face me now.”

Sher Singh faltered for a moment but quickly regained his arrogance. “You think you can kill me? I am the king of this jungle! I will destroy you instead. Watch this!”

To prove his might, he instantly killed a wolf pup standing nearby.

That was the final straw.

Lightning crackled around Aditya’s body. It was as if Thor himself had taken over his soul. A storm formed overhead, and a whirlwind of clouds and lightning swirled down, merging into Aditya. Sher Singh, undeterred, launched an attack and leapt at Aditya.

But before Sher Singh could reach him, Aditya raised his right fist, now blazing with blue lightning. A surge of energy burst forth like a bolt of flame, hitting Sher Singh directly and flinging him against a massive rock.

Aditya charged forward, unleashing a flurry of punches. With each blow, lightning struck from above, matching the rhythm of his fury. Sher Singh screamed in pain as every strike brought more punishment. Then, gradually, the storm subsided. The lightning around Aditya faded, and Sher Singh's cries ceased.

Aditya collapsed to the ground—unconscious.

When he woke up some time later, his eyes glowed a soft blue. They had been that way ever since the lightning strike, though he had never noticed. He opened his eyes to see a circle of animals gathered around him.

As he stirred, the animals took a step back.

“Coco… what happened? Is Sher Singh dead?” Aditya asked.

Coco silently pointed to a rock nearby. Lying there was Sher Singh’s skeleton.

Aditya understood—Sher Singh was gone.

“Aditya, the animals want to tell you something,” Coco said.

“What is it?” Aditya asked.

Ballu stepped forward and spoke on behalf of them all. “Aditya, we want you to be our king. Please accept this honor. The sage said that the one who defeats Sher Singh shall become the new king of the jungle. We humbly request you to take that place.”

“Me? Your king?” Aditya was shocked. “How can I be your king? I’m a human, and you are animals. A human ruling the jungle? That doesn’t make sense.”

These creatures must be crazy, he thought. Sure, I was the CEO of a company, but that doesn’t mean I can be a king here.

But the animals didn’t stop. The young ones began licking his feet in affection, and the others gathered around, pleading with their eyes.

Even Coco said, “Please accept it, Aditya. Everyone wants you to be our king.”

Aditya looked around and finally said, “Alright, Coco. I accept. But I have one condition.”

All the animals responded eagerly, “What condition?”

“I need a house to live in. And it must be near the waterfall. You’ll all help me build it with wood. Also, no one will speak rudely to Coco or tease him again. Agreed?”

The animals shouted in unison, “Agreed!”

Hearing this, Aditya smiled to himself.

A home near the waterfall will be perfect for my real plan, he thought. After all, the waterfall is the key.

What is Aditya’s mysterious plan that makes the waterfall so important? And now that he is king, will new dangers come his way?
