Reached the office to find my assistant nia waiting eagerly. " do you know what happened??? " she looked a bit worried.

"What??" I asked.

"Mr. Kiran was found dead in his house " basically i was the first one to know but still i acted suprised, " the people discovered this morning and nothing has been told to the public how he died " she continued as i didn't blinked " the media is going bonkers about it the nobody reveals anything... Some even say it could be a murder " she whispered the last part.

" oh!!" I gave her a sympathetic look " that must so bad, his family must be sad!!"

" yeah!!" She matched my expression and quickly smoothed it " anyway! We have a lot to do than discuss these things " this was the reason i loved nia so much, she was very charming and comfortable and know all the gossip in the world and could quickly let that go focusing on the main things at hand. "Correct! We have to complete the vintage collection " being a CEO of the Viv's brand i had a lot to do here other than my not so official job.

We both quickly engaged in our own work, while I set the venue and and team to corporate with, she focused on the making of the dresses. I had very large collection of vintage every year than compared to the other fashion brands which basically includes more work, more stress and less time. And when it comes to rest than my schedule never really allows it,( not on days so close to exhibition )

I got so engrossed in my work that i didn't realize the lunch break had rolled around. I got up and cracked by back, it always gave a bit piece. That's when nia came

" hey! Umm..... You have a visitor " she looked a bit nervous and before i asked who it was, a peeked through the doorway revealing a sheepish grinny face.

"Missed me??" Aditi, my dearest bestfriend asked already making her way to me. We two had been together since 6th grade and had never let go of each other since then. We had stayed through contacts in college due to different universities but that too never had been a problem, now that we are all grown up and doing our own jobs we still manage to meet twice a month and keep each other updated on others life.

"Hell yeah!" I replied to her already hugging her, she hugged back. "But, tu kaise aayi yaar meko toh laga Tu busy hai?? "( how did you manage to come here, i thought you were busy ?? )

" see! That's where you're wrong " she said with a laugh " i can be busy whenever i want and be free whenever i wish!! " she owned a app developing company, and wss always busy in computers. Even when she didn't developed anything but she had other apps to take care of.

I placed a hand on my chest and said " oh my!! Am i seeing wrong or is the CEO of singhal company saying she can let her company go for the sake of me!!! " i say dramatically and added " i feel so special yaar!!"

She laughed at me " will shut up orcan we sit down cause I want to have a talk with you"

" of course your highness!" I replied with a bow and took out a seat " take your seat!"

And she poured me all the life gossip and events in her current life.
