In the stillness, Avyaansh's thoughts unfolded like a blooming flower. He reflected on the journey ahead, where their paths would converge, and their lives would intertwine as husband and wife. A soft smile spread across his lips as he envisioned the countless moments they would share, the laughter, the tears, and the whispers in the dead of night.
Time, once a fleeting companion, now stretched before them like an endless canvas, awaiting the brushstrokes of their love. Avyaansh's affection for Parthika had long been a constant, a North Star guiding his emotions. He knew that their marital bond would provide ample opportunity to explore the depths of their connection, to unravel the intricacies of each other's souls.
The dusk's silence deepened, Avyaansh's thoughts meandered through the promise of tomorrow. He imagined the quiet mornings, waking beside Parthika, feeling her gentle breath on his skin. He pictured the whispered secrets, the stolen glances, and the tender touches that would weave their love into an unbreakable tapestry.
The night's veil began to descend, Avyaansh's thoughts coalesced into a soothing realization: their lifetime of love was yet to be written, and he couldn't wait to script each chapter alongside Parthika.
As the warm moonlight filtered through the windows of his chamber, Avyaansh's thoughts drifted to the impending union that would forever entwine his fate with Parthika's. In mere hours, their destinies would converge in a sacred vow, binding them together for eternity.
As he rose from the sofa, the weight of anticipation settled upon him like a mantle. His heart thrummed with excitement, each beat echoing the promise of forever.
Avyaansh's gaze wandered to the intricately crafted wedding attire laid out before him – the ivory sherwani, adorned with delicate threads of gold, seemed to shimmer in the morning light, reminiscent of Parthika's radiant smile, her affinity for these hues unforgettable and the symbol of his commitment, the promise of a lifetime of devotion, beckoned him to embark on this new chapter.
With each passing moment, the world outside began to stir. The soft chirping of birds when returning to their nests, the gentle rustle of leaves, and the distant strains of the shehnai melody all blended into a symphony, heralding the arrival of their special day.
Avyaansh stood before the mirror, his reflection revealed a man transformed, his calm exterior still intact, yet his eyes now held a subtle depth, a quiet assurance that hinted he had finally found the missing piece he'd long been searching for, and in its place, a sense of serene contentment had settled, like the stillness that follows a summer storm.
Today, he would surrender his heart, his soul, and his forever to Parthika. The thought sent shivers down his spine, and he couldn't help but smile, knowing that in a few short hours, she would be his, irrevocably and eternally.

Avyaansh's trance was broken from the soft creak of the door in his room. Through the mirror he saw his little brother Naksh was lounging against the door frame, his one hand was tucked into his pocket and another one was clutching something that Avyaansh had no idea about. As his grey orbs locked onto Naksh's through the mirror, Avyaansh saw his brother's piercing eyes scrutinizing him.
"You'll bore a hole in my brain in this way." Avyaansh remarked at his brother.
But his remark did not seem to change Naksh as he was still watching Avyaansh like a hawk.
Avyaansh's brows furrowed, "What?". He turned from the mirror to Naksh.
Naksh did not reply, only shrugged nonchalantly, then his face broke into an annoying smirk enough to piss Avyaansh off.
Avyaansh's annoyance flared. He spoke in a gruff tone, "If you have got nothing to say then get lost."
Naksh gasped dramatically as his hand flying out from his trousers pocket and clutched his chest, his face morphed into a fake hurt expression.
"Ah! Too harsh! Can't I just come to cheer my bhai?"
Avyaansh rolled his eyes, unimpressed by his brother's theatrics. Avyaansh knew that there was something else, Naksh did not only come here just cheer him up. His sixteen years old brother was really something else, there must be something cooking in Naksh's crooked mind.
"Save the drama for someone else Naksh." Avyaansh narrowed his eyes at his brother,"You didn't come here only for that, did you?"
While speaking, Avyaansh went to the bed to take the laptop bag which was laying on the bed.
Naksh murmured some words which went unheard to Avyaansh, however he did not pay any attention to it as his mind was consumed by the desperate urgency to find something. It was so important to Avyaansh. His mind racing, he scoured every nook and cranny of the room to locate that important thing. His anxiety was escalating with each passing second. The object of his desire remained elusive, despite his meticulous search.
He remembered securing the object in his laptop bag, it was kept securely and in secret place, but now it was gone!
Disappointed, he began to rummage through the items in bedside table drawers in hope of finding it, his frustration was growing with each passing moment.
Meanwhile, Naksh was observing his brother's antics with rapt attention, the whole room was turned up side down just in the last few minutes. Naksh found the situation so much amusing and entertaining to himself watching Avyaansh's usual composed and calm demeanor unraveled.
"Hey, bhaiya, listen!", Naksh attempted to capture Avyaansh's attention. His voice was laced with a hint of playful teasing which went unnoticed by Avyaansh.
Avyaansh grunted being disturbed, "Hm?". He replied in absent mind without diverting his gaze from all the drawers' contents which were now laid on bed.
Naksh persisted, his tone tinged with mischief, "Bhai, look at me." But still he did not get his brother's attention.
"You're going to wear yourself out in this way. What if you won't be able to go to the mandap." Naksh continued his rambling, "Then what will happen to my bhabi.", Naksh tutted.
Avyaansh sighed in annoyance, he was so much irritated at Naksh's banter. Avyaansh thought that his dear little brother could sometimes be very much annoying. He stopped whatever he was doing and turned to Naksh, his patience was wearing thin.
"I swear Naksh, if you're speaking some nonsense th......", before he could even finish his sentence, he was interrupted by Naksh, his smirk was radiant.
"Are you somehow looking for THESE, bhaiya!?"
He emphasized on these, helding up the thing that had been in his hand all the time, while his eyes were glinting with triumph.
Avyaansh's perplexed gaze locked into Naksh, irritation evident on Avyaansh's face before his eyes fall onto the object Naksh was helding up. First he was confused then it drawn into his mind, is not it.....!? Then Avyaansh's eyes widened in incredulity, his eyes were all focused on it.
