Borderless – Episode 1: When We Met

His mother, Carmen Reyes, walks in slowly, holding a cup of warm café con leche.

Carmen:

“Mi hijo... qué te preocupa esta mañana?” (My son… what’s bothering you this morning?)

Alejandro turns, eyes deep with fire.

“Mamá… quiero hacer un país.”

(Mama… I want to make a country.)

🏗️ Calling the Builders

Back in a nearby Spanish town, Alejandro begins reaching out — old friends, engineers, architects, and idealists. He sends voice notes and hand-written letters.

Alejandro (voice message):

“This is Alejandro Reyes. I’ve found a land — a beginning. I need hands, hearts, and courage. Come to Lumera.”

A few days pass. Then… cars arrive. Trucks roll in. Young people step out — builders, techies, farmers, dreamers. They gather around him, curious.

🏛️ The Office of Light

He walks with them to the center of the field where the flag flies.

Alejandro:

“This is where it begins. The heart of our nation.”

He raises his hand, pointing to the ground in front of the flag.

Alejandro:

“Here… we’ll build the Office of Light — the official house of Lumera’s leadership. Not for control… but for guidance.”

The people cheer lightly. Tools are unpacked. Designs are sketched on large sheets. Construction begins.
