Cinderglass District shines the brightest. Home to global headquarters, tech havens, and futuristic universities. Startups bloom like spring flowers. Coffee shops are filled with networking buzz and silent side hustles. Billboards light up with slogans like: “Forge Your Future in Velmora.” “The City That Never Sleeps — It Dreams.” People live on adrenaline and dreams. The city trains you to run fast, climb higher, and never look back.

But they don't talk about the night.

Not in interviews.

Not on social media.

Not in daylight.

As the neon signs replace sunlight, another world awakens. In the Miredeep Quarters, a web of alleyways and echoing tunnels, gangs begin to stir — each one bound to ancient vendettas and modern tech.

The Crimson Chain — merciless and poetic, they believe they are “cleansing” the city of ambition’s corruption.

The Vantablack Syndicate — shadow dealers, silent assassins. They kill by order, not passion.

The Hollow Teeth — underground brokers of systems and stolen rebirth codes. Dangerous. Unpredictable.

The police? Powerless. The system? Compromised. Most officials simply pretend it doesn’t happen. Because if you acknowledge the night, the night will acknowledge you back.

The Duality in Culture Youth by day wear suits. At night, they wear hoodies, gloves, or masks. Some join startup companies — others join gangs for side income, survival, or revenge. There are rumors of “System-Bound Gangs,” where members receive quests or missions via AI-like voices. Fail, and you lose something dear. Succeed, and you're rewarded — with power, cash, or a second chance. City laws don’t apply between 11:11 PM and 3:33 AM — or so it seems. It’s called "the Quiet Zone", but it’s anything but quiet.
