He’s a tall, intimidating man in a black military uniform, speaking with fire in his eyes.

President Vento:

“San Marino has disrespected our borders, sabotaged our economy, and assassinated our ambassador. Today, I speak not as a politician, but as a father of this nation.

Vacation City is at WAR.”

The camera cuts to missiles being launched, tanks rolling, and soldiers mobilizing.

War begins.

Scene 2: Black Unit Assembled

Zayn, still recovering, limps into a dark hangar beneath the Police Tactical Command Base. He’s finally meeting the elite Black Unit — the deadliest special ops squad in Vacation City.

Zayn Carter – "The Ghost" – newly promoted, deadly under pressure.

Kara Vale – “Viper” – sniper specialist, silent and brilliant.

Nova Lin – “Blitz” – explosives and breach specialist, fast and fearless.

They all nod at Zayn as Chief DeVille steps forward.

Chief DeVille:

“Black Unit — your first mission during this war. A small San Marino force has taken over Border Village E-12. They’ve planted anti-aircraft weapons and are holding innocent civilians as shields.”

Mission Objective: Operation Phantom Spear

🎯 Primary Goals:

Infiltrate Border Village E-12.

Disable all AA (anti-aircraft) turrets for air support to land.

Rescue hostages inside the Town Hall bunker.

Kill or capture San Marino Commander Lucius Moretti.

Scene 3: Infiltration Begins

The Black Unit flies in via a silent Black Hawk helicopter. They HALO-jump (High Altitude Low Opening) into the forest surrounding the village.

Zayn and Kara move as a duo. Kara takes out distant scouts with silenced shots. Zayn silently cuts two guards near the comms post.

Reed hacks into the enemy cameras, blinding them for 2 minutes.

Duke and Nova plant C4 around the AA guns.

Zayn reaches the main bunker entrance and signals.

Zayn (whispers):

“All units… breach in 3… 2… 1—”

BOOM!!!

C4 explodes. AA guns destroyed.

Scene 4: Blood in the Village

As the power cuts, chaos erupts.

Nova throws flashbangs through windows.

Duke storms the gates with a portable shield, mowing enemies down.

Kara provides overwatch, shooting through small holes in the roof.

Zayn breaks into the Town Hall, finding hostages in the basement, tied up and terrified.

Then it happens.

Lucius Moretti appears — a cold, armored San Marino commander in a full combat suit, wielding a flamethrower.

Moretti:

“You think you’ve won, Black Unit? This war just started!”

Zayn engages him in a brutal fight.

Moretti burns parts of the walls, nearly roasting civilians.

Zayn tackles him through a wall.

They brawl in the burning hallway — fists, knives, and headbutts.

Zayn is nearly choked out — until he pulls a knife hidden in his boot and stabs Moretti in the side.

Zayn (growls): “Vacation City sends its regards.”

He ends it with a close-range shot to the head.

Scene 5: Extraction

Black Unit clears the village.

Helicopters arrive. Civilians cheer.

Chief DeVille calls in on comms:

DeVille:

“Good work. You just handed us the first win of the war.”

Final Scene: Campfire by the Forest

That night, the Black Unit rests in the woods, silent and exhausted.

Zayn sits by the fire, holding a bullet from the fight — a reminder of how close death was.

Kara (quietly):

“You did good, rookie.”

Zayn:

“We’ve all got blood on our hands now…”

Duke:

“Then we make it mean something.”

The camera pans to the fire.

The war has only just begun.
