Every time Jungkook walked into a lecture hall, girls would giggle, flip their hair, and try to get his attention. And Taehyung… well, he burned silently. Sitting at the back of the class, pretending not to care—but clenching his jaw every time some girl called Jungkook “Sir, can you please explain that again? Slowly?”

Until one morning, after a particularly jealous night filled with stolen kisses and soft apologies, Jungkook said, “I’ll drop you at college today.”

And so, that morning,Taehyung stepped out of the black luxury car… the professor’s car… right in front of the main campus gate.

And jaws dropped.

Whispers started immediately.

“Was that… Professor Jeon’s car?”

“Taehyung came out of it?”

“Is he sleeping with the professor?”

“Oh my God, that’s why he gets those looks in class…”

By lunch, the whispers turned to poison.

In the middle of class, a girl leaned close to Taehyung’s desk and whispered with venom, “So that’s how you got those top grades. Must be easy—being pretty and… useful in bed.”

The class snickered. Someone imitated moaning sounds. Laughter broke out.

Taehyung froze. His heart shattered. His eyes welled up. And before the professor even arrived for the class, Taehyung grabbed his bag and ran—tears spilling down his cheeks.

He ran through the corridors, through the confused stares of students, all the way to the faculty block.

Straight into Jungkook’s cabin.

Jungkook stood up instantly, alarmed. “Tae?”

Taehyung burst into tears, falling into his chest. “ They’re saying horrible things. I didn’t do anything wrong—why are they like this?”

Jungkook’s jaw clenched. He wrapped his arms around Taehyung tightly. “That’s it. This ends now.”

He walked out of the office, holding Taehyung’s hand, not caring who saw. The corridor filled with stunned faces as students turned to look.

He walked straight into the lecture hall.

“Tae, wait outside,” he said gently.

“No,” Taehyung whispered, wiping his tears. “I want to stay.”

Jungkook looked at the class—every single student who had mocked the love of his life.

“You all owe someone an apology,” he began coldly. “You mocked, insulted, and humiliated one of the best students in this institution. All based on gossip. Based on jealousy. Based on a sight you weren’t supposed to understand.”

A tense silence filled the room.

“ Taehyung is my husband.”

Gasps.

“We kept it private for our peace, not your amusement. But today, I watched him cry. I watched him break. And I will not stand back and let him be mocked for loving me.”

The girl who made fun of Taehyung stood frozen in place. Jungkook’s glare fell on her.

“You will apologize. Or you can leave this class permanently.”

She stammered. “I… I didn’t mean to—”

“You did. And that’s why you’ll learn that words have consequences.”

He looked back at Taehyung, who stood trembling but proud.

“And just so we’re clear—anyone who dares say one more word about him… will deal with me.”

Later that day, students whispered in hushed tones—not in mockery, but in awe.

They talked about how fiercely Professor Jeon loved his husband.

How beautiful Taehyung looked when Jungkook held his hand, walking across the campus with no shame, no fear.

And by the next day, when Taehyung entered class again, heads didn’t turn to mock. They turned in quiet respect.

Because he wasn’t just the beautiful student anymore.
