14) SOL - The Guardian of Grimoire

After a few hours of travelling Iris and Astra finally reached the castle. Astra was asleep in Iris's arms. She was about to step inside the castle.

*Clang*

The guards blocked her way using their weapons.

"Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter."

"I've come to return Astra to her home." I said as I showed her to them.

The guards were shocked seeing the light spirit sleeping in the girl's arms. "How dare you harm the princess!!" They shouted and pointed their weapons at her. One of their swords was going to stab her, so she took a step back.

"Am I being too polite." she said slowly and there were purple sparks on her fingers, she was just about to teach the guards a lesson, when Astra suddenly woke up.

'STOP!!' she flew in the air in the middle of them and spoke hurriedly. Both the parties stopped at their place.

'What are you trying to do with my guest.'

"Sorry princess we thought she harmed you." the guards replied quickly, seeing that they had offended the girl.

'Go back to your positions, we are going inside.'

"Yes princess" they bowed and left from there.

'Sister come let's go inside.' Astra said cheerfully, but her thoughts were different.

'Thankfully I stopped them at the right time after sensing my sister's aura or else they would have become meat loaf by now.'

"Okay" Iris responded. 'Tch~ my temper is getting worse because of arguing with him everyday.'

'Mom Dad!!! I'm back' Astra said loudly after entering the castle.

Then I saw a man and a woman descending from the stairs. One could tell just by looking at them that they are light spirits with the way they sparkled.

"We've learned about what happened through our messengers. Thank you for escorting Astra back."

"It's okay, it's no big deal." I said as I shook my head gently

"If there's anything you need you can ask us, we'll do our best to help you." they said.

"Actually I've come here to find something..... Have you heard about Ileous?" I said.

I noticed that as soon as I asked about Ileous their expression changed. Though only for a split second but I was able to catch it.

"Do you know something about it?" I asked cautiously.

'Of course we know about it. How can we not know? After all Ileous is....' they thought.

"Why do you want to know about it." they asked sharply?

My eyes brightened 'This means they know something about it.' I thought.

"It's to save someone." I replied and then explained everything in detail.

They looked at me quietly for a long time without saying anything.

'Mom Dad please help sister. Didn't you say that we should repay a favor." Astra interjected suddenly.

"You... How long has it been since you met her and you are already taking her side." her mother said then looked towards the king.

"Alright-Alright we can help you, but you must never tell anyone that you got to know about it from us."

"Rest assured Your Majesties, no one will know that I got this news from here." I replied sincerely.

They nodded "Follow us".

They took me towards a huge door. It was very tall and filled with inscriptions. The king and queen put their hands on it together then the inscriptions started moving and the door opened.

" Go you have only two hours" they said.

"Thank you" I nodded towards them and entered and soon the door closed.

After walking in I saw a book floating in the air and there was a small creature sleeping on it. I walked forward slowly not wanting to wake it up but as soon as I came within the range of 50 centimeters of the book, it opened its eyes and looked at me.

"You've finally come Daughter of Nature." it said.

"Hm?" I got confused.

"I'm the Guardian of the Grimoire and my name is Sol."

"I know why you are here. The Snow Mystic Warrior can be saved but there is a huge price that needs to be paid to save her."

"Let's go I'll take you all back first, there's very little time left."

I first left a message then with Sol we teleported to each dimensions where the other four were. They were all covered with injuries while fighting with monsters.

When they tried to return after searching about the information they were stopped by the grangers, who didn't allow them to leave.
