9) Magic Weapons - 1

*NEXT DAY*

"Now that the first stage of training is completed let's move on to the next one" said Udonna.

"You'll have to try pulling the stone in your body without touching it, and it will attach itself to the most suitable position on its own. And Oh!! I won't be helping you guys this time."

"Bye, you are on your own."

Everyone looked at each other and sat in a circle. They took out their magic crystals and kept it in front of themselves then started concentrating. A month has passed but still they were unable to do it, though the crystals vibrate sometimes.

"Looks like they'll take some ti...."

"Ahh!!" Udonna turned around hearing the sound and saw that the golden crystal flew over and hit Simon's nose bridge knocking him down.

After a few seconds he opened his eyes and quickly got up. Others also came out of their meditation and looked at him.

"I'll show you, I'll show you. It's super cool this time." he said and turned around facing his back towards us.

"SURPRISE" he shouted as he turned towards us with a pair of....... uhh Sunglasses?

"This is your weapon" said Gloria mockingly.

"Just wait I'll prove it to you that they are amazing." he said and then turned towards Alex.

"Alex control some metal items and keep moving them around in the room."

Alex raised an eyebrow but he nodded. He then made objects float around.

Simon activated his sunglasses and looked towards them then within a second he shot down all of them accurately with his laser beam. Then he did a blowing action on his fingers as if they were a gun.

"Look!!! These glasses help me in seeing the trajectory of my targets, isn't it awesome."

"Yes they are Simon" said Udonna. "Go ahead and get yourself familiar with them."

The rest of the people returned to their places to continue integration.

After another two months there was finally some reaction from Gloria's side. Her crystal flew around her and then got stuck on her spine causing her to flinch. As others opened their eyes they saw a pair of mechanical wings growing from her back. After they were fully grown she flapped them a few times and then smiled happily "Look I've got wings and can use them to fly."

"Good job Gloria, looks like it's related to your wind powers" praised Udonna.

"Simon and Gloria you both can practice together using your weapons. Simon will attack Gloria, and she will use her wings to escape. Then Gloria will attack Simon using wind blades and Simon will escape using his sungl.... weapon."

"But she can't use her wings while attacking me" said Simon.

"Why scared hmm?" she teased him.

"Who.... who's sacred? I was just saying that to make it fair."

"Oh really then you can't use your glasses to see my path" she rebuked.

"Ah!" he stared at her dumbfounded.

"Come now I'll show you how to play fairly" Gloria said as he dragged him out by his collar.
