4) Magic Crystals

"Here, everyone come and try picking up a stone" said Udonna while displaying a rack containing colorful crystals. All of us came forward and went ahead to pick up the crystal.

Ah! Ouch!! THUD!!!! As soon as we tried to touch the crystals we were thrown back as if some mysterious power was pushed us. We all looked towards Udonna to ask what happened. *Chuckles* Sorry I forgot to tell you all that these are magic crystals and they choose their owners.

"..." We all looked at each other dumbfounded.

Ahem!!! So to get a destined magic crystal you guys will have to keep touching and sensing them one by one until you are not thrown away like you just did. Okay now keep trying. "Good Luck" 😉 and she vanished.

We stared the place Udonna from where disappeared and then towards the crystals. Then got up one by one and started trying again and again.

THUD!!! CRASH!!!! UGHH!!! This went on till the next week until we finally got our crystals. Everyone was holding their crystals and sprawled on the ground. Even Nico who was cold to us at the beginning was lying on the floor without any expression as if there was no tomorrow. "Not bad you all were able to get your crystals very soon, I thought it would take at least a few month" said Udonna who appeared suddenly. Gloria looked at her in horror and said to me through her eyes "Does she mean she expected us to be thrown like sacks for a few months". "Where is my gentle godmother who smiled at us kindly" I thought. Alex nudged me "Don't you think she is still smiling kindly when she's saying such terrifying things". "Why are you guys talking like that, I am not able to understand any thing~" whined Simon who was lying down beside us. "Idiot" rebuked Gloria. "Nico~~ look they are....." he turned around only to see Nico staring at him coldly so he shrank back towards Gloria.

"Alright get up everyone and get fresh then I will tell you what to do with these crystals" said Udonna as she looked at our conversation in amusement. We've gotten quite close in this one week of staying together and finding crystals. Even Nico warmed up a little, well just a little bit. He even gave Simon some advice on sensing the crystals and he also caught me when I was going to crash into the wall after being flung away by the rebound.

"IRIS COME QUICKLY" I heard Alex calling for me and hurriedly went out where everyone was gathered already.

We silently looked at Udonna who started explaining to us "These crystals are actually the holders of magic power. They contain different kinds of magic that can be used by the person who has potential and is fated to be their owner. " She brought out a white crystal "Look this is my magic crystal, it allows me to use the power of snow and ice. Now you guys need to train with these crystals to tap into your magic powers to use them. Hmmm show me the colours of your magic crystals. "

Everyone showed their magic crystals to Udonna.

"Udonna do you know which stone has what power? " asked Alex as he looked towards the colorful crystals in our hand. "Of course I know" she replied. "Then can you tell us" interjected Gloria. "Please, Pretty Please" echoed Simon as he nudged me to do the same. I shifted towards Nico and raised my brows at him asking him to say it but he just turned his head away and looked at Udonna. "So you want to know your powers hmm? Well let me see Nico's crystal is Red, Iris's Purple, Alex oh you've got a silver crystal, Simon has Golden and Gloria has Blue. Okay so your powers are...................................................................................
