The Keeper let out a dark sigh.

Keeper:I will help you, Alex.But it comes with a steep price.You must surrender something precious to you, something that will change the course of your life forever.

Alex hesitated, unsure of what to do.Mia stepped forward, her eyes looked on the Keeper's.

Mia:What do you want from him?

Keeper:I want his memories of his life before the supernatural energy infected him.He will forget everything about his past,his family, his friends,his love....... everything.OR he can sacrifice all his powers and become a mere human...OR he should sacrifice his beloved so that the blood would be used to cleanse him......You have to choose one...

Alex's eyes widened in horror.

Alex:No!I won't do it!

But the Keeper's expression hardened and was unyeilding.

Keeper:It is the only I, Alex.You must choose between your past and your future.

As Alex struggled with the decision,the Keeper revealed a shocking secret.

Keeper: Alex,you are not who you think you are.Your past is not what you remember.You are .....

The Keeper trailed off, leaving Alex stunned and confused.Mia placed a reassuring hand on on Alex's shoulder.

Mia: Alex, memories lost can be restored.In my percepective,I think you should give up your memories.

Alex took a deep breath, weighing his options and Mia's opinion. He thought about all the memories he would lose,all the people he would forget in a second, after all the centuries he had lived. But he also thought about the supernatural energy consuming him, turning him into a monster.

With a heavy heart, Alex made his decision.

Alex: I'll do it. I'll surrender my memories.

The Keeper nooded,it's expression unchanging.

Keeper:Very well. Hold out your hand.

Alex held out his hands,and the Keeper placed a small, glowing crystal ball in his palms.

Keeper: This crystal will absorb your memories.Are you ready?

Alex nodded, steeling himself for what was to come.

The Keeper began to chant, and the crystal ball began to glow brighter and brighter. Alex felt a strange sensation, as if his memories were being pulled out of his mind.

He saw flashes of his past,it his family and friends. He saw himself as a child, playing with his siblings. He saw himself as a teenager falling in love for the first time.

And then, everything went black. When Alex came to his senses, he was lying on the floor,his head throbbing. Mia and Kai were standing over him looking worried.

Mia: Alex,are you okay?

Alex sat up, rubbing his head. He looked around, trying to remember where he was and what happened.

And he realizes he had no memories. Alex stumbled back to his feet, looking around in confusion. Mia and Kai rushed to his side, trying to support him.
