But to their surprise, the laboratory was empty.The antidote was left sitting on a nearby table, unguarded.

Alex's eyes narrowed.This was too easy.Kai seamed to sense his unease.

Kai: Something's not right, Alex.

Alex nodded.

Alex: Let's just get the antidote and get the*hell* outta here.

As they were about to leave,they were confronted by a figure emerging from the shadows.

It was Jasmine.

Jasmine:Well, well, well.Look what we have here.

Alex's eyes looked on Jasmine.

Alex: Jasmine.What are you doing here?

Jasmine smiled.

Jasmine: I'm here to make sure that you don't get the antidote, Alex.

Alex's eyes narrowed.

Alex: you are not going to stop me, Jasmine.

Jasmine laughed.

Jasmine: We'll see about that.

As Jasmine spoke, she snapped her fingers, and the laboratory was filled with Felix's minions.

Alex and Kai West surrounded. As the minions closed in, Alex and Kai prepared to fight. But before they could engage, Jasmine spoke up.

Jasmine:Wait! Let me show you something.

Jasmine snapped her fingers again, and a large screen descended from the ceiling. It's flickered to life, showing a life feed of Elara, strapped to a table and surrounded by Felix's minions.

Jasmine: You see, Alex. I've been playing a little game with you.And

now, it's time for the final move.

Alex's eyes narrowed,his fist clenched.

Alex: You *asshole*!You are not going to hurt her, Jasmine!!!

Jasmine smiled.

Jasmine:Oh, but I already have. You see, Elara has been poisoned,and the only antidote is the one you're trying to steal.

Kai growled,, baring his teeth.

Kai: You're gonna pay for this, Jasmine!

Jasmine laughed.

Jasmine:Oh no,I'm scared. I'm shaking in my boots you muppet.

As Jasmine spoke, the minions closed in,and Alex and Kai were forced to fight. They took down the minions one by one, but there seemed to be an endless supply.

Just then, it seemed like they were gaining the upper hand, Felix appeared, his eyes blazing with fury.

Felix: you fools! You'll never leave this place alive!

As Felix charged towards them, Jasmine spoke up, her voice dripping with malice.

Jasmine: Felix, wait! I have one more surprise for our dear Alex.

Felix hesitated, his eyes flickering towards Jasmine.

Jasmine: You see, I've been playing a little trick on you.And now,it's time for the final reveal.

Jasmine snapped her fingers, and the lights in the laboratory flickered. when they came back on, Mia was standing in the doorway, and a look of confusion on her face.

Mia: Alex? what's going on?

Alex's eyes widened in shock.

Alex:Mia!How did you....??

Jasmine laughed.

Jasmine:Oh; I've been playing a little game with you, Alex.And now, it's time for you to lose.
