The Tutor session

A few weeks passed and Mia finally forgave both Blade and River. Even if she hasn't seen him eye to eye for weeks. She felt happy to have friends by her side.

The bell rang and Mia went to class, sitting next to Blade as always. The atmosphere between the two stayed quiet throughout the class.

 After class Mia was about leaving with the others when her chemistry teacher called her." Mia can I talk to you for a sec". The chemistry teacher asked.

" Sure why not" Mia said in a confused tone. She walked into the class where she saw River. She still had no idea of what the hell was going on.

" Look Mia I know you're new here, and you might not be ready for the exams coming up, that's why River's here". The teacher said turning to look at River who nodded at both of them with a smile on his face.

"He'll help you catch up with what you missed before you came here. He's the brightest student here after all. This is for your own good Mia". Mrs Kim said to Mia before leaving the two of them alone.

" Session starts right after school be there Okay, bye haha". River said chuckling before leaving Mia alone in the classroom. Mia really didn't want to be in the same place again, so she decided to keep the study sessions nice and short.

After school Mia and River in the school library. They studied for a while before hearing the school librarian speak through the megaphone mounted above their heads.

" Library is closed every one go back to your dorms" Mia got her books ready to leave, but River held her back." Sessions not over till I say it is" River said with a devious expression on his face. " Didn't you hear what the librarian say or are those ears on the top of your head just fashion accessories". Mia said fed up with his behavior.

"Could you quit whining for a sec. I've got an idea." River said before pulling Mia behind one of the bookshelves. " What the hell do you think you're doing, what if we get caught". Mia said in a whispery yet frustrating voice".

"We're not gonna get caught, I'm a werewolf remember, so chill out." River said before covering her mouth. Their faces only inches apart, River looked closely into Mia's eyes. It looked like he was lost in her sparkling brown eyes.

Everything got quite as everyone left the library meaning River and Mia were alone again. " Are they gone yet?" Mia asked River cause as everywhere became quiet. "No, not yet their still leaving". River said, he wasn't done with admiring her yet.

"Okay now we're clear let's go". River said after snapping himself back to reality. "Let's go where, I thought the Session isn't over till you say it is". Mia said chuckling to herself a little.

"Well I changed my mind, turns out teaching you was harder than I thought, I can't even feel my fur anymore." River said trying to brush off what just happened.

"Okay, I'm also exhausted to you know. I had to put up with you for more than ten minutes. that's worse than watching a kids TV show and trust me that's torture".

River accompanied Mia back to her dorm. "Okay River thanks for the Tutor session, same time tomorrow?" Mia said to River who gave her a bright smile"sure why not" . River gave Mia a wink before going back to his dorm.

"Going out with River huh" Raven said. She saw Mia walk home with River. "No... um well... yes but not for the wrong reasons. Mrs Kim made him my new tutor". Mia said hoping to brush off Ravens thoughts.

"Sure I totally understand what you're doing, trying to keep up a secret huh". Raven said, winking at Mia. "EW no not happening River acts like a five-year-old, no way I'll let you ship me with him" Mia said before running to the shower to avoid any more questions. She stayed in there till Raven fell asleep.

The next day Mia went to class. She decided to swap seats with Jennet the class weirdo

Who has been obsessed with blade for a while now, and she really bugged blade for a long time. Blade always did his best to ignore her.

Mia found peace in her new seat. Well that was until both River and Blade brought milk to her table. River brought strawberry milk while Blade brought chocolate. Both putting their milk on her table before staring coldly at each other.
