The dim glow of my phone screen was the only source of light in my room. I had been staring at it for what felt like hours. 3:47 AM. The nightmare still clung to my mind like a bad aftertaste.
I sat up on my bed, running a hand through my hair. Why did it feel so real?

He groaned again, but this time with a smile. “You’re really serious, huh?”
“For once in my life, yes.”
Aarav smirked. “Alright then. Let’s do it.”
We grabbed our books.
The nightmare had shaken us. But now, we were wide awake.
