Did she just call me a nerdy CEO? Just because I wear glasses and I'm smart? I find it funny and even cute. She widens her eyes as the light enters the room and her vision of me becomes clear, until she tries to form a sentence with a trembling voice:
"Wh-why the CEO of a company? Wh-why you?"
"Be clearer, brunette! What do you really want to know?"
"You're intelligent and you know this is a crime, why did you get into this?"
"I'm still confused! You want to know why I brought you here? Isn't it obvious?"
"Mr. Torrance…" I interrupted her.
"You can call me nerdy CEO if you want." I sit next to her, and she shrinks away.
"I don't know why you're doing this, maybe you're finding it fun and got too into the vibe of a dark romance protagonist, but I'm really not doing all this for you to continue with this situation. I just really want to go back to my house and my shitty life."
"I believe I made it clear to you last night that I'm not acting either. You're special, Sam."
"Don't call me Sam, I already told you we're not intimate."
I jump from where I am, stretching her legs and sitting on her thighs, holding her face with both hands and whispering as I touch her lips with mine:
"Isn't one kiss enough to make us intimate?" she trembles at my touch while her eyes are closed, and I'm assessing my body, which isn't tortured by the touch of her skin "I didn't feel my body react badly when I kissed your lips while you were sleeping, will something happen if I taste your tongue?"
I continue brushing my lips against hers, I'm a little bent over, I'm too tall and she's too short, but I'm enjoying this. I slip my tongue into her mouth when she tries to moisten her lips because of the warm sensation mine leave there.
At first, her tongue flees from mine until my hands tangle in her hair, holding her nape and pulling her towards me. Samantha, for a few seconds, surrendered to the kiss, letting her tongue intertwine with mine until she herself bit my tongue, and that strangely excited me. I didn't stop the kiss until she turned her face to the side.
"Intimate enough now?" I run my nose along her neck, brush my lips on her shoulder, and bite lightly "Do we need more intimacy? I have no problem with that, apparently my body has accepted you."
"It's official, the CEO of Torrance Motor's is just another sexual predator in this damn world." she whispers, looking to the other side, and I make her look at me.
"Are you comparing me to a rapist?"
"You kissed me against my will and now you're insinuating that we're going to have sex, and if this is against my will, what are you?"
"I'm sure you sucked my tongue for a while and enjoyed that kiss, but I will never touch you sexually against your will." I move away and get off her.
"Then let me go."
"That's another thing, I can't let you go now."
"You can't or you don't want to?"
"Both!" she huffs, annoyed, then looks around and at the ceiling, and seems to have an idea, until she starts screaming:
"Help! Help… Someone get me out of here. I've been kidnapped by a lunatic who needs to be arrested. Help."
I laugh, sit beside her on the bed while she screams, cross my legs, and cup my hands to my ears to hear better. She continues screaming for help until I scream along:
"Someone help her, I'm a pervert who wants to fill her with pleasure and keep her here in this room for God knows how many days… Help her. Anyone?" I look at her, who is now silent, looking at me skeptically "Well, we tried."
I shrug, she looks around again and then stares at me as she asks:
"This damn place is soundproof, isn't it?"
"I didn't want to make you uncomfortable!" I raise my shoulders.
"What do you want from me?" she seems to be giving up "Do you want me to act? Become one of those protagonists who despair and then yield to the obsessive and possessive protagonist? Alright, Torrance, go ahead, but then let me go."
"I want you to sign a contract with me. In this contract, you belong to me for the next seven days. You've become an annoying enigma to me, and I want to understand this better."
"Does this contract say I'm obligated to have sex with you?"
"On the contrary, it says that if you wish, we can share the same bed more intimately! We'll just sleep together, or rather, you'll sleep. I sleep for very few hours. Maybe two to three hours a night."
"Will I be handcuffed to this bed for these seven days?"
"No! And you can also talk to your family."
"From what I understand, I'll be your study subject for a week?"
"If that's how you want to classify it, that's fine by me, but I'll do some very strange things with you, and our contract allows for kisses."
"I'm already in hell anyway, one more or less torture won't make a difference."
We stared at each other for a few minutes until she reminded me of the contract and that I could release her now since she was strangely cooperating. I grab the contract I spent the night drafting and hand it to her, which she reads attentively.
"You already signed it? You didn't even know if I would accept or not, and you already signed?"
"And in the end, it's in your hands, about to receive your signature… Am I wrong?"
She sighed, irritated. I hand Samantha a black pen with gold details, and she looks at the contract for a longer time.
"I'm sure it's in our language." I say impatiently, rolling my eyes "Are you going to stay on that page until the end of the day?"
"I'm reading the fine print! I still don't trust you, Mr. Torrance."
I feel like the devil whose tail is wagging mischievously while inducing a human to commit the worst of sins, and I don't even have the apple here.
I'm watching intently, arms crossed, anxious. I've never felt anxious before, and this is new to me. Samantha finally signs and hands it to me. With a huge smile on my face, I lean in and whisper:
"Now you belong to me for a whole week, Sam."
She stares back at me, and we stay like that for what feels like an eternity.
