Episode 2

Chapter 2

Aab's Breakfast

"If you're done teasing me, how about we go downstairs? I made Boortsog and fresh yogurt," Dolgoon said. The triplets were excited when their father mentioned Boortsog and fresh yogurt because they love those foods for breakfast.

"First, Bolormaa, could you please change this dress back to my everyday shirt?" Dolgoon asked politely, reaching out his hands.

Bolormaa changed her father's pink dress back to his regular clothes by pulling the dress off him. Dolgoon thanked his daughter with a smile. Then, Bolormaa, Davaa, and Bilguun went downstairs while their parents followed. They used sign language to communicate, and Bilguun couldn't stop talking and gesturing about Bolormaa's magic prank. Dolgoon blushed, embarrassed by his daughter's mischief, while Tsetseg chuckled at her husband's reaction.

At the dining table, the family enjoyed the meal prepared by Dolgoon. The three sisters loved eating the homemade Boortsog and Mongolian yogurt their father made for them. Dolgoon was happy to see his daughters enjoying the breakfast he had made. Sitting beside him, Tsetseg thanked her husband for cooking breakfast for the family.

"You're welcome, my dear. Have some more Boortsog. I know you have a busy day ahead, so you need lots of energy to get through the next ten hours." Dolgoon placed more Boortsog on his wife's plate. Tsetseg thanked her husband once again, feeling grateful for marrying such a kind and understanding man. Dolgoon also felt grateful to have married a strong and caring woman like Tsetseg, who would do anything to protect him and their daughters.

Meanwhile, the second oldest of the triplets, Davaa, tapped Bilguun's shoulder to get her attention. Bilguun turned around, but her eye contact was different. As an autistic girl, maintaining eye contact can be tiring and take away focus from the conversation. Instead, she preferred to watch Davaa's hand signs to understand what was being communicated. Davaa signed to Bilguun, asking her to grab two Boortsog for her. Bilguun agreed, took two Boortsog from the plate, and placed them on Davaa's plate. Davaa thanked her using sign language.

"You're welcome, Davaa," Bilguun said while using sign language, even though her eyes were looking elsewhere. Bilguun gave Davaa some Boortsog, so Davaa took Bilguun's yogurt bowl, poured some yogurt into it, and placed it back in front of Bilguun as a way to say thank you. Bilguun really liked the Mongolian yogurt made by her father. She thanked Davaa with gratitude using sign language. Bolormaa watched her sisters exchange food and decided to reward both Davaa and Bilguun by adding more Boortsog to Davaa's plate and placing another bowl of yogurt in front of Bilguun.

Davaa and Bilguun signed their thanks for the Boortsog and yoghurt they received. Seeing the triplet sisters rewarding each other made their parents proud and brought smiles to their faces.

"They still share food even when they're already teenagers." Dolgoon was touched, feeling proud.

"Well, you've raised them well, that's why." Tsetseg expressed gratitude to her husband for taking care of their disabled triplet daughters, placing a hand on his shoulder.

"Don't be too modest, my dear. I will always remember your help in raising our triplets." Dolgoon insisted, leaning on his wife's shoulder.

Dolgoon and Tsetseg exchanged a look, silently communicating before giving the triplets more Boortsog and Dolgoon's fresh yogurt. Bolormaa wasn't surprised but signed, telling her parents that they needed to eat more than them, especially her mother since she had to work overtime as the Mongolian Minister of Defence.

"Bolormaa, are you suggesting that I should eat your AaB's delicious breakfast until my stomach explodes?" Tsetseg stood up from her seat, went behind Bolormaa, and tickled her stomach. Bolormaa giggled and nodded.

"Well, if your mother is getting a bit chubby, I'll have to thank you, Bolormaa, for feeding her so much. She'll be even cuter if she becomes plump." Dolgoon joked with his wife, joining in with his daughter.

"What did you say?" Tsetseg placed her hands on her hips, approaching her beloved husband.

"I simply mentioned that you would be even more charming with a little extra softness." Dolgoon playfully teased his adored wife.

Tsetseg let out a playful scoff. "Well, if I were to gain some weight, you would have to carry me up the stairs like you did when I was expecting, for it is quite taxing to ascend with a fuller figure."

"As you wish, my love." Dolgoon rose from his seat, tenderly took hold of his wife's wrist, and lifted her into his arms, causing Tsetseg to let out a surprised gasp.

"Not now, my dear." Tsetseg pleaded softly.

Dolgoon gazed at his wife with deep affection. "Girls, please close your eyes," he gently instructed his daughters.

The triplets obediently covered their eyes with their hands as their father leaned in to kiss their mother's lips, displaying a love that was pure and true. When their parents were giving a quick kiss, Bilguun wanted to peek out, but Davaa stopped her. After the parents finished kissing, Dolgoon told his daughters to open their eyes because it was time to finish breakfast. After they finished eating, the family helped each other clean up.

Davaa and Tsetseg washed the dirty dishes, while Bolormaa and Bilguun dried them. Meanwhile, Dolgoon organized the dry dishes into the dish rack. When they finished with the dishes, Bolormaa, Davaa, and Bilguun helped tidy up the dining room while their parents cleaned the kitchen. Dolgoon looked at the clock on the wall.

"My flower, it's time for you to head to work," he reminded his wife, who was the main provider for the family.

Tsetseg checked her watch. "Oh, you're right, my solace."

After finishing cleaning the kitchen, Tsetseg gave her husband a quick kiss on the cheek and said, "I'm off to work. Wish me luck.”

Dolgoon responded to her kiss by gently kissing her on the forehead. "You have my blessing, my dear." He handed his wife the lunch bag he had prepared for her.

"Girls, I'm heading to work," Tsetseg called out to her triplet daughters as she left the kitchen and walked to the dining room. Bolormaa, Davaa, and Bilguun had tidied up the dining room, so they quickly went to their mother. Each of them gave her a kiss on the cheek, as they always do before she leaves for work. They also gestured to her, reminding her to stay safe at work.

"I will, if it is God's will, my little flowers," Tsetseg replied. Dolgoon came over and handed her the suitcase. Tsetseg thanked her husband and made her way to the front door.

"See you at dinner, everyone," Tsetseg waved goodbye before opening the door and leaving her mansion. Waiting outside in her black BMW was a personal driver. She got into the car, sat in the passenger seat, and soon her personal driver drove the car away from the driveway.

After his wife left the mansion, Dolgoon turned to his three daughters.

"Okay, my girls. Time to put on your combat suits. We're working out today!" Dolgoon instructed. Bolormaa, Davaa, and Bilguun quickly saluted their father-like soldiers to their commander, following his orders. They hurried upstairs to change into their training gear.
