Eliza stands outside Aria’s office, holding a neatly packed lunchbox. She hesitates before knocking, then pushes the door open slightly.

Inside, Aria sits in her chair, stiff and cold, while a woman leans dangerously close to her, fingers trailing over Aria’s shoulder.

*Purring* Come on, Miss Knight. You work so hard… don’t you want to relax a little?

Aria Knight

*Voice cold* Move away.

*Ignoring her, leaning closer* Why? I can make you feel—

[CRASH!]

The lunchbox slips from Eliza’s hands, hitting the floor. The sound makes Aria’s head snap up.

Eliza Walton

*Eyes wide, voice shaking* I—I’m sorry…

Before Aria can say anything, Eliza turns and bolts out of the office.

Aria Knight

*Growling, shoving the woman away* Get the hell off me!

*Smirking* What’s wrong? Your little maid got jealous?

Aria Knight

*Voice deadly* If you want to keep your job, get out. Now.

The woman flinches at Aria’s tone and scrambles out. Aria immediately grabs her coat and rushes after Eliza.

[Outside the Office Building]

Eliza runs blindly, heart pounding, but Aria catches up, grabbing her wrist.

Aria Knight

*Breathing hard* Where do you think you’re going?

Eliza Walton

*Struggling* Let me go!

Aria Knight

*Firmly* No.

Eliza Walton

*Voice breaking* I— I should’ve known! You’re not the same person, you have changed? Cold, heartless, playing with women like toys—

Aria Knight

*Snaps* Shut up!

Eliza flinches. Aria softens, but doesn’t let go.

Aria Knight

*Quietly* I pushed her away.

Eliza Walton

*Laughs bitterly* I saw you! She was all over you!

Aria Knight

*Leaning closer* She touched me. I didn’t touch her. I don’t want her. I don’t want anyone but you, Eliza.

Eliza Walton

*Breathing uneven* Stop lying…

Aria Knight

*Softly* Then look me in the eyes and tell me you don’t feel anything.

Eliza clenches her jaw, looking away. Silence.

Aria Knight

*Smirks* That’s what I thought.
