Night :

engene's eyes sparkled as she gazed at her boyfriend, Kim Sunoo. "engene-ah, when we graduate together, will you marry me?" Sunoo asked, his voice filled with excitement.

engene's smile widened as she intertwined their hands. "Sure, Sunny. You know how much I love you. I couldn't wait to have you in my life."

she pecked Sunoo's lips, and Sunoo's eyes crinkled at the corners. But their romantic moment was short-lived.

As Sunoo drove, a massive truck suddenly appeared in their path. her eyes widened in terror. "Sunny!!" he screamed.

Sunoo's eyes darted to the road, and he swerved the wheel in a panic. The car collided with another vehicle, and the sound of crunching metal filled the air.

The car horn blared incessantly. "Call the ambulance now!!" someone shouted. "Oh my God, what happened?" another voice cried.

engene's eyes fluttered open, but he couldn't move properly. "Sunny..." she whispered, his voice barely audible.

*police siren 🚨 *

everywhere the people's screaming and crying.

Five years later.....

engene pov:

Hello everyone I'm engene and I'm average student I mean I don't wanna go to school but my mom gonna beat my ass if skip any classes.

For everyone I'm invisible like I will do anything and no one going to noticed me for them I'm just invisible or you can say I'm nothing hehe.

Rooftop:

Fresh wind is so good and feeling nice, whenever I feel bad or something I always come here and stay here.

" so noisy can you shut up I'm here to sleep" ?? Said and she turned her back and saw a unfamiliar guy sleeping on chair.

" I'm sorry I didn't know someone is here " she said and the guy eyes widened.

" oh..i thought nobody saw me looks like I need to changed my place" the guy said and about leave but she stop him.

"Hey you stop um..you can stay I should be the one leave " she said and the guy laughed.

" you look like lonely boy isn't I saw you everyday and stay here untill the school end .looks like you Don't like study " the guy said and she chuckled.

"Really? I never seen you before in school are you new? Or what?" she asked and the guy walked towards him.

" I'm old and maybe senior heheh what year are you?" The guy asked.

"I'm 2nd year and you?"she asked.

" I'm 4year that's mean I'm senior isn't?" she nodded.

" what's your name senior" she asked.

" Lee heeseung that's my name" he said .

" I'm engene " she said and heeseung smiled.

" nice to meet you engene"

and it was my first time meeting him , he was the first person who noticed me and my existence and my first friend

I couldn't believe I'd never seen Heeseung before. He seemed to know me, though.

"You're always up here, aren't you?" Heeseung asked, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

I nodded, feeling a bit self-conscious. "Yeah, I guess so."

Heeseung sat down on the rooftop's edge, his feet dangling in the air. "I've seen you from afar. You look like you're running away from something."

I laughed, trying to brush off the comment. "Nah, I just don't like school."

Heeseung raised an eyebrow. "You don't like school? That's a first."

I shrugged. "I just don't see the point."

Heeseung nodded thoughtfully. "I used to feel the same way. But then I realized that school's not just about learning stuff; it's about the people you meet and the experiences you have."

I looked at Heeseung, surprised by his words. No one had ever made school sound so appealing.

"What's your favorite subject?" Heeseung asked, breaking the silence.

I hesitated, unsure of how to respond. "I don't really have one."

Heeseung grinned. "That's okay. I'm sure you'll find something that interests you."

We sat there in silence for a while, watching the clouds roll by. It was nice having someone to talk to, someone who didn't judge me or try to change me.

But as the silence stretched on, I began to feel a sense of unease. There was something about Heeseung that didn't add up.

"Hey, Heeseung?" I asked, turning to him.

"Yeah?" he replied, looking at me with an intense gaze.

"How come I've never seen you in school?" I asked, trying to sound casual.

Heeseung's expression faltered for a moment before he regained his composure.

"I...I'm a transfer student," he said, his voice hesitant.

I raised an eyebrow. "A transfer student? But you said you're a senior."

Heeseung nodded. "I am. I just...transferred here recently."

I wasn't convinced. There was something Heeseung wasn't telling me.

But before I could press him further, he stood up and smiled.

"I should get going," he said. "It was nice talking to you, Niki."

I nodded, feeling a sense of disappointment. "Yeah, same to you."
