Vincenzo Casano : The Mafia Justice

Vincenzo Casano : The Mafia Justice

The return

*Chapter 1: The Return*

The hum of the plane’s engines faded as Vincenzo Casano’s eyes narrowed at the skyline of Seoul. He hadn't been here in years—too many years. The city was different now, but he was certain the corruption that once held it in a stranglehold still thrived beneath the surface. The chaos he had left behind was waiting for him.

He had been betrayed—his own family, the people he had trusted, had sold him out. And the worst part? The corporation they had been working with, led by Chairman Kang, had taken everything from him: his reputation, his freedom, his honor. But Vincenzo had always been patient, and now it was time to reclaim what was his. He had learned the true cost of loyalty and the power of betrayal.

As he stepped off the plane, the cold night air hit him with a reminder of the darkness that lay ahead. He was not the man who had walked away from Seoul all those years ago. He had changed. The mafia's cold calculations were now his tools, and vengeance was his only desire.

Vincenzo’s black car pulled up to a luxurious high-rise, the gleaming glass reflecting the faint moonlight. He gazed at the building, the seat of Kang Industries. He knew every corner of this place, and yet it no longer felt like home. The same people who had stolen everything from him were hiding behind its walls, oblivious to the storm that was about to hit them.

“Mr. Casano, your office awaits,” the driver said.

He didn’t answer. Vincenzo wasn’t here to play games. He had one goal: to dismantle the empire piece by piece. But that would take time, and Vincenzo was nothing if not patient.

---

Later that night, as Vincenzo walked through the gleaming glass doors of the Kang building, he was met with cold efficiency by the employees. None dared speak to him, knowing his reputation preceded him. He was the man who controlled more than just legal matters—he was the consigliere who made things happen in the shadows.

But the deeper he walked into the building, the more he felt the weight of the memories: the friends who had turned into enemies, the promises broken, and the dreams shattered. This was no longer about power—it was about something much more personal.

His thoughts were interrupted when a woman approached him. *Eun Ji-ae*, a sharp, confident lawyer, walked up with a briefcase in hand. She was young, ambitious, and seemingly out of place in the chaos that Vincenzo thrived in. But there was something about her that caught his attention. Maybe it was the way her eyes glinted with determination, or maybe it was her courage to approach him without fear.

“Mr. Casano,” she said, her voice calm but firm. “I assume you're aware of the situation with Kang Industries?”

Vincenzo stared at her for a moment, then nodded. “I know exactly what’s at stake. But I’m not here for a discussion.”

She didn’t flinch. “You should be careful, Mr. Casano. Kang is powerful, and he’s not someone who plays by the rules. You’ll need more than just mafia tactics to take him down.”

Vincenzo's lips curled into a faint, knowing smile. “I’m not here to play by the rules. I’m here to break them.”

---

As the words hung in the air, Vincenzo realized something—this woman might be more useful than he first thought. She had no idea what kind of world she was stepping into, but her fiery determination was something he could use. She was going to be part of his plan, whether she knew it or not.

“I’ll be in touch,” Vincenzo said, walking past her. He had a plan to set into motion, and the first step was making sure no one saw him coming.

---

The mafia’s justice wasn’t quick, and it wasn’t clean. But it was always delivered. And for Vincenzo Casano, it was long overdue.
