Chapter -4 (After Party)

After the party ended, I said bye to everyone and, we , means Kenzo and Damir and I , decided to meet for our own get together.I quickly went upstairs and changed my clothes and came downstairs after telling my parents. I went to the mansion next doors which is Ashford mansion to pick up Kenzo.I ringed the bell and Aunt Mary opened the door. Aunt Mary is a servant in Ashford mansion and as I was regular in Ashford mansion she smiled and welcomed me inside." Happy Birthday, Miss.Eastwood" said Aunt Mary, I smiled "Thank you, Aunt Mary, Please take these sweets I specifically selected the sugar free ones for you and here are some sweets with normal sugar for other maids". I then went inside. In living room, Uncle and Auntie were having their evening tea. I jumped and back hugged Auntie "Hello, beautiful where is that coldie" , Aunt Brielle puts her hand on mine "Oh Emberlyn, You are are here.Your Coldie is in his room maybe taking a shower" Aunt replied."Looks like someone forgot this dashing handsome " Uncle injected dramatically moving his head in sadness, auntie and I laughed together. "Oh handsome, How could someone ignore the presence of someone as handsome as you? I dare say that nobody of your age is as handsome as you, of course, that's excluding my pa" I replied moving towards Uncle and hugging him.After, breaking our hug we sat down to talk a bit more.

Ater some time, I said standing up " Uncle, Auntie, I will go and check on that coldie and see if the water he is bathing with is frozen that he is taking so much time" Uncle and Auntie laughed at my words.I walked up to the stairs and reached his room.

I knocked on the door and not getting any response I entered the room directly. I could hear the sound of shower which means he is still in shower.I wonder why is he taking so long today , I knocked on the door saying "Ken, Stop sleeping in the shower, Come out we are getting late for our appointment.Mir might be waiting for us alone.He might get sad of arrive too late".Just then the sound of shower stopped and the Ken opened the door standing infront of me.For few minutes my brain short circuit and I unconsciously touched his chest muscles and started gliding down to his abs, I felt him flinch under my touch and he quickly grabbed my hand pulling me from my dreamland. I shouted and turned around, I shuttered and said "You,You.......You, why did come out suddenly?".He chuckled on my reaction and, I could feel my cheeks and ears steaming hot by now they must be red."Isn't it me who got molested by you?By are YOU acting like a innocent maiden here, hmm ".I felt ashamed and, as if to save my dignity I turned around and said "Well, you just came out suddenly and I was just startled not like I was shy or anything.We have been friends since childhood and we even took bath together sometimes when we were together.And I trust you so I am safe with you ".I saw him pausing when he was about to say something.

" Get ready quickly,Mir is waiting for us "I said showing the urgency that we need to hurry up and go to our secret hideout." Help me choose my clothes" he said and I looked at him in shock as if he said something unbelievable.While I was in shock he dragged me to his closet and I ended up choosing a casual outfit in daze.He snapped his fingers bringing me back from my daze "You see, although, you are my bestfriend I am still a little shy to change my clothes in front of you.If you want watch then you may continue standing here".I blushed and ran outside, I could hear him laughing inside and my cheeks heated up more.'Calm down, my sweet sweet heart I am too young to die of a heart attack ' I said to heart patting my cheeks to calm down.

I went downstairs when Uncle and Auntie asked me about Kenzo. I said " He is changing, will be down in few minutes". Few minutes later he came downstairs, I said afraid to meet his eyes "Uncle, Auntie, then we will get going Mir might be waiting".He said "let's go " and took the car keys from shelf.

I sat in the car and put on a seat belt. Thankfully the journey ended quickly and we reached our secret head out where Mir was waiting.Our secret hide out was a tree house we secretly built without the knowledge of adults when we were kids.It is located in one my family properties.This place was originally a forest my Pa created a small farm house here for family outing without much damaging the landscape.

We got down the car and I saw Mir standing near the bonefire area.I shouted excitedly "MIR" and waved towards him. He smiled and waved towards me and Kenzo.I and Kenzo walked towards him."Let's go quickly, it's very late, any later and I wouldn't dare to step into the forest" Damir said dramatically fearful.I laughed, since it's a forest under private property it doesn't have any dangerous wild animals, just some deers, hares and some species of birds so it's 100% safe regardless of how late we enter. "As if you will be afraid, don't you like adventure the most? I bet you were praying that we got here late so that you can have advanturous experience of exploring the forest in the middle of night" I said." That's true, too" and we burst out laughing.

"Let's go, if you two have chatted enough " Kenzo said looking a little irritated. I and Kenzo looked at each other wondering how we offended him.Then we started going on our way to the hideout.
