The chapter on Nova was closed, and he was gone from Nora's life for good. They would never meet again, and the distance between them seemed insurmountable. Nora missed him forever.

Months went by, and Nora lost touch with Sumi and Rana. One day, her phone rang, and she picked up to hear Rana's voice on the other end. Rana suggested they be good friends and stay in touch, but Nora didn't know if Sumi felt the same way. When she asked Rana about Nova, Rana revealed that he had moved away to another town, and she had lost contact with him. Nora felt a pang of sadness.

Months later, Nora's cousin started a rumor that Alex had a crush on Nora. When Nora asked her cousin Lilly about it, Lilly warned her that Alex might be using her to get over his recent breakup. Nora denied having feelings for Alex, but a few days later, Alex proposed to her. Nora rejected him, but Alex refused to accept her answer and tried to kiss her. nora slapped him and told him she had a boyfriend who would hurt him if he found out.

Alex, still reeling from Nora's rejection, threatened to kill the man she claimed was her boyfriend. But Nora remained unfazed, knowing she didn't actually have a boyfriend. Despite this, she continued to ward off suitors by insisting she was already in a long-distance relationship.

Years went by, and Nora found herself in 10th grade, excelling academically but struggling with exhaustion. Her classmates noticed her fatigue and complained about her sleeping in class.

Rosy, Nora's best friend and confidante, approached her with concern. "What's wrong, Nora? You've been crying, and you look so tired all the time."

Nora burst into tears, revealing the source of her distress: nightmares that had plagued her for years. Rosy's curiosity was piqued, and she urged Nora to share more.

Nora began to recount her painful past. "I loved someone deeply, and we were incredibly close. But one day, everything changed. A girl confronted me, shouting, 'Are you happy, Nora? You left him, broke him. Now you're happy, I suppose?'"

"I think he died," I confessed to Rosy, my voice trembling. "I don't know his face, but I see his smile in my nightmares. I don't know who he is, Rosy. Please tell me, do I have amnesia or some other memory loss?" I begged, tears streaming down my face.

Rosy tried to reassure me, "Nora, it's just a nightmare. Don't think of it as something serious. Okay, girl, leave it." She pampered me for a few days, trying to distract me from the haunting memories.

I returned to social media and found two friend requests. One was from Samion, and the other was from Nvra. I received a simple "Hi" from them, but I didn't respond.

The next day, Samion called me, but I didn't pick up. I checked his profile and recognized him as Sam. However, I didn't text him back.

A week later, Sam called me again. This time, I answered. We caught up, and he mentioned Nova. "He texted you, did you see it?" he asked. I brushed it off, claiming I was busy and forgot.

As I drifted off to sleep that night, the nightmare returned. But this time, I saw the boy's face. I jolted awake, my heart racing...

I woke up with a start and frantically searched through my old school albums. And then, I found him - the boy from my nightmares. I grabbed my phone and searched for more details, but something still felt missing.
