tbh i don't really like this mate thing.... like yes it's really pure and destined to you but.... what if somebody love someone else other then there mate.... and it's not like someone can control there heart..... you can just cage it.... moreover what if there mate aren't good for them.... like uk not every mate can be lovers.... it sometimes just become there responsibility and never true love feelings.... and rejecting once mate is always painful coz of there bond..... but accepting them over there actual lover is more painful right....... i don't hate the mate bond but simply dislike it....

the whole chapter felt so surreal and dream like cause the are perfect together.
the whole moment felt like a beautiful couple dancing in the snowglobe, just like how you want to see them closer but yet you fear that you might ruin it.
the same way i felt so many things that I wa.ted to express but I could not cause how dare I interrupt such a divine moment.
how hard it was to hold myself back but I still gave in so many times
