So, this is the first Cdrama and show that I watched seriously

This drama stars Lin Yi and Xing Fei as Gu Wei Yi and Si Tu Mo, respectively.

This drama is very fun to watch and most importantly, very relaxing.

It's like watching two people live their cute lives, and you don't feel tensed about any misunderstandings because you know that they will end up together 😁

(Most of the Drama watchers are single, FYI)

Let me talk about the story now. I'll try to write as much as I can without giving big spoilers.

Gu Wei Yi and Si Tu Mo are college students. Si Tu Mo likes her friend, named Fu Pei. So, Si Tu Mo and Gu Wei Yi have a bicycle accident and their bags get exchanged.

They also discover that their mothers are friends, and they start living in a house together on their request.

And the rest is history.

To be honest, I don't remember the entire story of the drama because I watched it in 2022. But let's get into the details.

There were a lot of things to like about this drama.

The chemistry of the couple was mind-blowing. I found the second male lead, Fu Pei a little annoying TBH. He should make up his mind whether he likes Si Tu Mo or not 😑. But I loved the performance of the Fu Pei, who is played by Tang Xiaotian. Loved his acting but disliked his character.

Lol and Si Tu Mo's mother is a mood, one of the best characters in the series. She was the matchmaker between them so else the romance wouldn't have happened at all. 😀

Special mention-Circle. Saved Si Tu Mo and Gu Wei Yi from a very awkward situation 😅

There are also some things I did not like about this drama. I was immature and inexperienced back then when I was watching it, so I happily watched it 😅😀

The trope, oh my fucking god, is one of the basic est tropes in romance. So apparently Gu Wei Yi is this "cold guy" who is good at everything he touches. Bish where is the cold nature? He acted like any other normal guy. I really didn't like him being branded as "cold" because I didn't get any of those vibes from him.

Si Tu Mo is the cheerful and happy girl ofc. She is shown as smart but not as smart as Gu Wei Yi. I mean, I get it. Not everybody can be really smart. But some moments felt forced and maybe were written especially to show the audience that Gu Wei Yi is smarter. I have no problem in Gu Wei Yi being shown as intelligent because he IS intelligent, but they could've made it less forced.

I have no other major problems, or maybe I cannot remember it.

Overall, very good drama if you want to get started with something. And very gentle and calm too. This drama is something that you don't think and watch. You have to just feel the warmth and vibes. Their house layout is practically ingrained in my mind 😅

I have watched this drama twice and the only one I have rewatched. And it is also very rewatchable.

Scores

Plot- 7/10 (basic ahh)

Acting- 8/10 (I feel that Tang Xiaotian was better than both the leads 🙃)

Vibes- 9/10 (very hard to match)

Production- 8.5/10 (pretty realistic)

Overall- 8.7/10
