In a dark room lady bloom slowly opens her eyes and tries to figure out where she is, until she hears voices whispering around her and as wakes up,she looks up to see women her age in chains covered in busies as well.lady bloom starts moving close to the lady in chains for she has a lot of questions that need answers.

Upon reaching the woman lady bloom sitting down and tries to start a conversation with her but the lady only keeps silent.after trying and trying and trying the woman finally gives Lady bloom a response which gives Lady bloom a spark of hope in finding out what was happening around,why she was sold and her daughter killed.

Lady bloom continues to ask the woman questions it finally dawns to her that she doesn't know the woman's name.feeling alittle bad lady bloom introduces herself and the lady looks away before giving her a response and says

I am lady May Darwin and I live across the street from your house.

Lady bloom shocked for by her answer, stands up and staggers back before pulling herself together and asks lady May,

If she's knows her husband and she says yes that her husband and lady bloom's husband have been friends since they were in the 3rd grade and that she herself has been experiencing similar things in the hands of her husband and inlaws.

Lady bloom could only look at her with disbelief but still tells Lady may to continue and asks her if she knows what's going on to please tell her, lady May say okay

Lady May Darwin POV

I meet Luke when I just started working at my uncle's cafe and he used come by every weekend to have coffee,I saw how he used to look at me, I thought he found me to be pretty and after months of just staring he finally asked me out and I said yes.

Things were moving fast,I had meet his family and found out he was rich,it came as shock and it was scary but Luke and his family made me feel welcomed it was perfect,I felt like Cinderella but my mother never liked him but my dad and uncle said others wise plus I was In love and that's all that mattered.

One month later Luke calls and tells me to get ready that will be going at his friends birthday party I said okay, around 6pm he came to pick me up and soon we arrived.luke helped me to find a sit and left to find his friend(lady bloom's husband). while waiting for I saw woman she looked so out of place like she didn't belong there, she was just like me brought to a world that she knew nothing of.

So I got up and started making my way towards her but when I was about to reach her when Luke pulled me and told his friend was waiting.
