Up in Laura's room, she and her mother are packing, making small talk, laughing and bonding as mother and daughter.it was a beautiful moment for the on lookers for there madam rarely smiled or laughed, but they joy comes to a stop when they hear a knock on the door and a maid tells them that lunch is ready, Lady bloom tell's the maid to bring the food to them as they will be eating there she nods, and she leaves.

Soon after a knock is heard and Laura tells them to coming in, and the maid comes in with a tray of food. Laura tells her were to place the tray while Lady bloom is done placing the last piece of clothing in the suitcase, once done mother and daughter start eating.

After eating Laura calls the maid to take the tray away, when she's about to leave the room she turns her head and tells her madam that the guest and family members are waiting for her downstairs and that her mother-in-law has something to tell her, Lady bloom tells her they'll be coming down soon, the nods and walks out of the room leaving mother and daughter.

As mother and daughter reach downstairs lady bloom is dragged by her hair by her two sister-in-laws while Laura is hit on the head by her uncle multiple times till she stops moving and body gluses out only then does her uncle stop hitting her and calls two his men to tend to the body of his now dead niece.

Meanwhile Lady bloom's screams and pleads to her sister-in-laws to let go but they continued to pull her till there reach the study where her mother-in-law was waiting.one of the sister in-law opens the door while the other pushes lady bloom in and she is surprised to see her family members they as well.

Before lady bloom could ask what was happening her mother-in-law hands her a piece of paper and tells Lady bloom to read it as soon as she is done reading she looks at her family asking if it's not true but her sister only smiles and tells her to be strong and for her daughter.

Only then did lady bloom remember that her daughter is nowhere to be seen, fear and confusion were the only emotions she could only feel as she ran out of the study, forgetting that her family had sold her to the newton household. While running, she bumps into her brother-in-law who was covered in blood and sitting on a chair as if waiting for her.

Even though afraid to go near her brother-in-law lady bloom musters up the courage to ask where her daughter was but the man only lets out a small Chuck and proceeds to tell her that her daughter is now dead and soon enough she shall follow, unable to digest the the news lady bloom collapses.
