I Ned to tell them that I'm gay. but how do I tell them? I can't just walk down there and say ‘hey mom dad I'm gay so deal with it’. what if they don't like that I'm gay? what will I do? ugh I'm just gonna tell the now just be straight forward and get to the point so I don't have to talk about it. okay let's go I hope they don't mind.

I walk down the stairs to the living room.

They walked in “what is it dear?” My mother asked “i -I need to t-tell you something.” I mumbled “what?” Asked my father “i... I'm ... g-gay” I said to them. I looked up “WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY BOY” yelled my dad. “I'm gay dad thats what I said” I mumbled. “GET OUT OF THIS HOUSE” shreeked my mother. “But im your son” I said holding back tears in my eyes. “get out” my father said in a deadly whisper. I couldn't hold back tge tears. I ran upstairs and packed my bag.

ten minutes later

I walked down stairs *they don't love me they never have I have no where to go 😔😔😔 I'll pull thur this and become an amazing person I can't let this get the best of me I'll call Alex and ask him if I can stay with him*.

“hello Alex” I greeted him on the phone. “oh hey what do you want” he said. “Can I stay a few nights at you house?” I asked hopefully. “why?” he asked rudely. “Aren't we friends?” I asked desperately. “Ha me friends with a gay loser not a chance in hell bye” he said then hung up.

*What we're not but... I need to find I place to say for the night but where*?

I walked for hours going through my contacts asking my friends if I could stay at there place for the night they all said the same thing. It was nightfall and I was getting hungry I had five dollars on me

*what can I get with five dollars*?

I sat down in the park my stomach hurt I hadn't eaten in I day I was hungry , tired and weak.

I got up and started to walk again then i remembered I can get a job! but it was to late in the evening to go job hunting I'll look tomorrow. where am I gonna stay for the night I dont have enough money to get a motel room for the night I guess I'm pulling an all nighter then I'll look in the morning.

The next morning Saturday April 22 I seen a poster saying that London drugs is hiring maybe I can apply there.

At London drugs. “hello sir can I help you?” asked the saleslady. “uh yes I seen that you are hiring. I was wondering if I could apply for a job.” I said to her. “follow me she replied to me. So I did and I talked to the manager and I got hired I was so happy I started tomorrow morning and one of my new coworkers said I could stay with her utill I had enough money for my own house.
