Episode 4 - Lady Margaret

It was time for art class, Nico was just casually painting for his activity in the corner.

"Class dismissed." Miss Fern said. Everyone left the art room except for Nico.

"Miss Fern, can I stay here for a bit more? I promise I won't get myself locked here." Nico responded with a sweet smile which made Miss Fern nod and leave the room. Meanwhile, Aiden was walking through the hallway, thinking about Harmony and the strange dreams of the woman.

"You should blame yourself for being so stupid."

Do yourself a favor and run.

"Are you disgusted? Scared?"

She will surely kill you.

"Agh, dang it." Aiden thought. "What do I even do to get myself out of this nightmare...? Why did I make a deal with a murderer?"

"It would've been so much better if I just-"

Aiden bumped onto another student. He stumbled backwards a bit and rubbed his head, groaning. "I'm sorry, guy, I was just-"

He froze from his words as he looked at the student... No, the person. It was a female, glistening brown eyes, short dark hair, civilian clothing... She even looked older.

"O-Oh. I'm sorry, Miss." Aiden said. The woman just chuckled and reached her hand out to him.

"Hello there, good sir. My name is Margaret Dickinson, they call me Lady Margaret but you may call me Margaret instead." She said with a cheeky grin. Her demeanor somehow matches Harmony's in some way. It's like... She was also an undercover psychopath pretending to be all sweet and gentle.

Noticing that Aiden was just staring at her, Margaret smiled again, pulled her hand back and walked away. Aiden turned his head around to steal one last glance at the woman before going to the art room. He opened the door and saw no one else but only his best friend, Nico.

"Nico?" Aiden said as he pushed open the door further. "What are you doing here?"

Nico turned to look at Aiden and smiled. "Oh, hey, there, dude! I was just painting some stuff, you know. What brings you here?"

"Nothing, it's just..." Aiden stepped in and closed the door. "I was expecting Harmony to be here instead... She said her schedule for art class was at this time."

"Oh? Why are you even bothering? Do you like her?"

"What? No, she's just an acquaintance. I just hoped that maybe I could ask her about something but she's not here so I guess I should just go." Aiden sighed and faced the door again to leave when Nico suddenly grabbed ahold of his wrist.

"Wait." Nico said. "What are you going to ask Harmony?"

Aiden tilted his head, he has never seen Nico act so... Weird before. The look in his eyes right now was questioningly serious. "W-Well, you see, I met this woman earlier at the hallway. She had this short dark hair, brown eyes and-"

"Ah, Lady Margaret Dickinson."

"You know her?"

"Yes."

"But I have never seen her around here before, what gives?"

"Lady Margaret is a noble lady from Monaco."

"A... Noble lady?"

"Yep, but her family went bankrupt for some reason and she was sent here at a cheap boarding school. However, even with the amount of money her parents have left, Lady Margaret somehow still manages to make her own funds and buy her daily needs."

Aiden was intrigued by this. "Lady Margaret Dickinson of Monaco... How old is she?"

Nico raised an eyebrow but still responded anyway. "She's currently 17."

"And why was she here?"

"Oh, she just comes here sometimes when she gets bored at the boarding school she studies at. She mainly only goes to a restricted room of the school but the adults aren't doing anything about it so we just don't care either."

"Thanks a lot, bro! You've helped me so much!" Aiden patted Nico's shoulder and ran off. "Bye!"

On the other hand, Nico reached for his pocket, took out his phone, dialed a number and whispered to it. "Yes, I already told him about Margaret."

Aiden opened the door of the restricted room, making sure no one was watching him first before going inside. As soon as he went in, the door suddenly closed and he saw Margaret sitting on a chair, researching on the PC in front of her.

"M-Margaret?" Aiden asked.

Margaret just looked at him for a few seconds before looking back at the PC. Aiden then got curious and approached to see what was going on but his eyes widened, seeing all the torturous tools and equipment Margaret was researching online and buying.

"Margaret!? What are you-"

"Shh, no yelling, the people might hear us." A hand covered Aiden's mouth, it was Harmony's. Harmony smiled sinisterly before letting go of his mouth and stepping back.

"Welcome to my secret hideaway."

"Secret hideaway?"

"Mhm. This is where I hang out with my fellow psychopath girl." Harmony pointed at Margaret who was still buying online.

"You're saying that you're friends with the noble lady of Monaco???"

"Correction; She is my assistant, not my friend." Harmony replied. "Everything you found out about Margaret is true and she's a psychopath too, just like me. The only difference between us is that she's only mentally a psychopath. She has dark thoughts all the time but she doesn't hurt physically. Me, on the other side, is both mentally and physically a psycho girl. Her assistance helps me get different tools I need for torture and murder."

Harmony grabbed her knife from her bag and used it to click the "lock" cap on the keyboard of the PC Margaret was using, causing the PC to shut down. "Margaret, meet our new member of the partnership, Aiden Brooks."
