Episode 4

Scott arrived at the girls' table, looking at Roxane with total anger. She looked up, but showed no expression.

"Hey, you better leave," Zarina asked him.

"Don't interfere, you knew about her and you didn't tell me anything," he complained.

"Why should she give you information about me?" she asked calmly.

"Because the least you could do is give me an explanation. You mess with others, but with me, you always acted pure," he retorted.

"So that's it," she smirked. "It only proves one thing, that as a man, you don't provoke any desire in me."

Roxane's voice was firm, there was no hesitation, and the malicious smile that had formed on her lips said it all. It was a total mockery of the man before her. Zarina was truly surprised by the cold and firm way Roxane spoke.

Scott felt his male pride wounded, so he grabbed Roxane's arm to make her stand up.

"I'll show you the kind of man I am, and don't worry, I'll pay for your services," he said angrily.

Roxane grabbed Scott's wrist and squeezed it tightly to release it. Scott didn't expect to feel so much strength from Roxane and was forced to let go.

"Who gave you permission to touch me?"

Roxane forcefully twisted Scott's arm and turned him with his back to her, then pushed him, causing him to fall against the table next to him. The fall caught the attention of those present, surprised to see a slim, petite woman throwing a man much taller than her, who ended up unconscious on the floor. Even Zarina was surprised at how things were turning out.

"Scott!" Leysa came to his aid and was surprised to see Roxane before her. "What's wrong with you? I know you're upset because he chose me, but that's no reason to hurt him," she said with tears in her eyes, playing the victim in front of everyone.

Those present immediately associated everything with a lovers' quarrel, but the murmurs were not long in coming because some recognized Scott and Leysa. They also recognized Roxane, so it was all a fight between sisters over a man.

"Why would I be upset? That man is too little for an empress like me."

Everyone listened attentively to the dispute. Zarina didn't understand why her friend referred to herself as an empress, although it wasn't the first time she had heard that term used to refer to herself.

"What are you saying? Empress? Have you gone crazy? You should get your head checked," Leysa mocked.

"I think the one who needs that checkup is you, saying absurd things," Roxane scoffed.

"I'm just telling the truth. Stop insisting on my fiance, he's already made his choice and besides," she touched her belly. "We already have the fruit of our love on the way."

"I feel sorry for that creature, not only does it possess weak genes, its parents are insignificant."

"Shut up, you're jealous because I'm the only one who will give Scott children, you can no longer be the mother of his children for being a slut," she shouted angrily.

"I don't need a child from that man, he's weak. If I wanted a child, I would choose a man worthy of planting his seed in me," she replied with all sincerity.

Leysa clenched her hands in anger. No matter what she said, Roxane didn't seem to break down and only gave answers belittling Scott and her.

"Y-you say that because you're hurt... no man will marry you because you're a slut who does dr*gs and sells herself to men," she made sure to shout it.

"You're talking nonsense," she replied, maintaining her serious expression.

"I'm just telling the truth. Look at you, here looking for a new lover," she mocked.

Scott, who had woken up, heard Leysa's words, so he couldn't help but feel angry and betrayed again, believing Leysa's words. After all, Roxane didn't go to those places, or at least that's what he knew, but it seemed that his ex-fiancee had hidden many things from him. Scott stood up.

"I can't believe I fell in love with a fake like you..." He took Leysa by the hand. "Fortunately, I've opened my eyes."

Scott pulled Leysa's arm, asking her to leave that place. He didn't plan to stay another minute near the woman who had betrayed him.

"I thought you would never leave," she held Roxane by the shoulder. "Are you okay? It must have been difficult to hear that your sister is pregnant with your ex... at this point, maybe they were even understanding each other from before."

Zarina was angry. That pair of wretches was just a stumbling block, it was as if they had no life of their own and only sought to ruin the night.

"It's not important, as I said, a child of that man wouldn't have enough to inherit my legacy," she replied, then took a sip of her drink.

"You'll meet a better man, you'll get married, you'll have children and I'll be their favorite aunt," she laughed.

"Get married? It's not necessary to get married to have an heir, I just have to find a man with good genes," she looked around the place.

Undoubtedly, there were attractive men in that place, but none caught her attention.

"Are you planning to be a single mother? I don't think that's the best thing, you deserve to meet a man who loves you and start a family," Zarina replied.

"Love makes you weak and I'm not weak. If I want a child, I'll have it with a good donor," Roxane stopped looking at a VIP balcony.

"Yes, well, you better think about it, plus there's no rush for that," she laughed.

"I'm young, it's the right time, my body is ready to procreate and raise an heir," she smirked. "I found him."

"Yes, but..."

Before she could say anything else, Roxane ran through the place and jumped, stepping on a table to rise to the balcony. Zarina and everyone present were surprised by Roxane's ability. They had never seen anyone jump like that before, let alone a woman in heels. Roxane stood on the railing of that balcony, observing the man who was in that area. The girls surrounding him looked at Roxane with surprise, even the man who was in the middle of them, sitting on an elegant sofa. Roxane observed him, he was attractive, with reddish hair and hazel eyes, which gave him an exotic touch, of good height, apparently of athletic build and especially seemed healthy, the right man to give her what she needed.

"You," she pointed. "You're perfect, I'll give you the honor of planting your seed in me, so that I can have an heir."

Silence reigned in that place at Roxane's words, and since the fight started, the music had stopped. Zarina almost lost her jaw, opening her mouth so wide upon hearing her friend's words, and that man before Roxane stared at her.

One of the girls approached Roxane. "What nonsense are you saying? You must be crazy, get out of here."

"Don't bother me, plebeian," Roxane came down from the railing, walking towards the redhead.

"I must admit that you have the courage to stand before me, woman, especially saying such absurd things," commented the man with an imposing voice.

Roxane leaned in, holding the redhead's chin to observe him closely. He was undoubtedly attractive, a good bone structure, a strong and healthy body, a perfect specimen, unlike the weakling Roxane really wanted to marry.

"They're not absurd, I'm just asking for your seed, or are you impotent? That would be a shame, you have very good genes."

The redhead opened his eyes in surprise at the woman's closeness and especially at the humiliating words she had just said to him. The bodyguards were already approaching to remove the girl, but the redhead signaled for them to stop. Instead, he grabbed her neck tightly.

"It seems you don't know who you just insulted," he stood up without letting go of Roxane's neck.

Zarina from below was terrified, as was most of that club. Zarina asked for help so that someone would save her friend, but when she ran to the stairs to go up to the balcony, a bodyguard stood in her way, denying her access even when she asked to be let through for her friend.
