CHAPTER 5: WILD HUNT

The defeat of the great elemental king was a disgrace not only to the king himself but to all who held him in high esteem. He was so struck by the defeat that he kept on replaying the battle in his head, trying to look for a flaw in his fighting style, and mostly the reason he could not control that fire armor that covered Biaron. He took his time and examined the types of fire in a library hidden in the academy floors, he came to a realization that in magic, there are four colors of fire, which included, normal or yellow, red, blue and the most powerful, white, but all were in his control so why couldn't he control the one that surrounded Biaron, he flipped a few pages till he saw the types of fires, they included, the normal, hell fire, ghost or phantom fire, Aura or knight fire and finally the most dangerous dragon fire. "Could Biaron be using dragon fire, no, that is impossible, but I can't control any of these types apart from normal, so unless, ........ He must be using knight or dragon fire one of these", he thought. After hours of thinking he came to a solid conclusion, Biaron could be the dragon king. He left the library with a mission to determine if Biaron was the dragon king.

Days went by and Arthur had no confirmation that Biaron was the dragon king, it led him to believe that he awakened as a knight, which sounded impossible simply because knights had their own training, and it takes a long time before one can use a god spirit so unless he has someone to train him he is another normal elemental awakener, so why can he use fire that Arthur the elemental king can't control, it kept on to bug Arthur as he couldn't get his finger on the fact that he lost to Biaron. It was finally here, when all the students if the academy were to go on a field trip, the location was the forest in the dark lands located right at the far east of the continent, teleporters were used to such far places in a short time, as the students left the kings had their eyes on Bairon just to make sure he has no secret plans, most especially Arthur to look him out as the dragon king, the dark lands was as its name described, the dark energy felt there was uncomfortable and piercing many monsters roamed free as they followed the law of survival of the fittest. As they entered something felt an unpleasant energy among them, a beast maybe, or a human with uncontrolled beast power that went rouge, deep in a cave, far from the gate, a line of red aura moved like wind to the creature in the cave, it sniffed the aura in and opened its mouth revealing its sharp teeth and letting out a sigh which came out with a small huff of fire, the creature was suddenly lit on fire as it smiled.

The tour of the forest went on smoothly as the students were amazed and horrified by the things in the forest, they saw all sort of monsters and beast. Biaron who was walking alongside Cleo, had a bad feeling and Azazel who laid on his neck got up and flew to the sky, this attracted the attention of the kings, "Hey Biaron is your wyvern Ok?", Arthur asked "Oh Azazel, he is fine just wasn't comfortable on my neck so decided to stretch his wings.", Biaron answered, "Well be careful, dragons live here too", Zora said, "Don't worry about me, I want to meet one anyway." "Do you want to die Biaron?", Ralph asked, "No just have high hopes on seeing a dragon, and the power of the kings against one.", the kings all felt insulted as Biaron run his mouth over them. As they continue to walk Biaron held Cleo by the waist and dragged her in front of him then harshly pulled her close making her body press his, this taunted Arthur as he watched them, he pushed a few people out of his way to get to them and separated them, Biaron then held her hands and flew up while holding her close to his body, everyone's attention was on them, this made many see that they were a great couple and Biaron get more attention from the girls. He dropped and Arthur looked at him with rage and fury, but Biaron cared less for his thoughts. Azazel came back and looked into Biaron's eyes as his glowed with a golden spark. Suddenly the ground below them lit on fire making all the students flee, this was when Biaron realized what they just run into. Arthur tried to control the fire but failed again, and told the other kings that Biaron was the cause, they forgot about it and took the students to safety, Cleo asked about Bairon who wasn't part of them, fear filled the students hearts as they wondered if Biaron was ok, Arthur tried to go back, but the fire formed a barrier preventing anything from getting inside or out.

"Hey, I know you were trying to kill the girl I was with, why don't you show yourself." Biaron said, "Why should I? You have to give me a reason if not I'll have to burn them all." a voice was heard in the trees, "Dragon fire, a good way to prevent the elemental king form coming between us, but you must be a noob at it.", Biaron said confidently, he closed his eyes and tilted his head to the right until he heard a crack in his neck, this was followed by the revealing of the dragon crown(the red horns on his head), and the eyes of the dragon, Azazel also changed, he stood straight and kept his guard down. "Well, well another person who awaken with the curse, the dragon power, hm." as the voice ended its speech a young teenage girl came out covered in flames, horns sticking out of her head, flaming wings opened like a display of confidence to her enemy, the fire cleared and Bairon saw the beauty dressed as the beast. "My dear why do you become what the people make you to be, the power of the dragon the best power yet.", Bairon said, the girl kept quiet as she looked at Bairon in disgust, "Why do you fear, come with me.", "And who might you be?", "My dear I'm the Dragon King, the first to awaken this power, what you call......", before he could finish she lunged at him but was held by Azazel, she struggled and was subdued by the might of Azazel. She soon calmed down and Bairon approached her, "So now wanna listen?", she nodded, "Good I'm gathering dragon awakeners for safety, you are apart and right now I grave danger, listen I'm gonna let you run, Azazel will help you soon, until then hide" Azazel released her, and she run as fast as she could, the wall of fire started to come down and Bairon had to fake injury, so he told Azazel to shoot him with a ball of fire which he did. As the wall came down Bairon was found laying down burned, all who used water magic healed him, and he was sent away.

The trip was over, and the students returned, deep in the forest, a large beast flew above the trees, blowing harsh wind with every flap of its giant bat like wings, loud screeches were heard by the beast as it flew. It directed its cold snake like eyes on the cave the girl was hiding, she smelled the magic from it and run back, the beast landed standing on its lizard like hind legs, stretching its wings, it gave out a loud screech causing all the nearby animals to flee from its path it lowered it's body as its wings folded to its thin arms and its thumb like claw acting as its hind limbs allowing the beast to walk, it moved to the cave as its long neck turned scanning its area making sure there was no enemy, the horns and protruding spikes around the neck of the beast set ablaze as its breath was coated in fire, this majestic dragon looked at the cave and the girl came out, it bowed as the girl sat on it, it took to the sky and flew out of the forest. Suddenly the floor near the cave froze as an unknown figure watch the dragon take the girl away, a rich of burning blue aura covered the figure as it disappeared.
