"Nah...no..I didn't say a word,did I?" He laughed awkwardly.

"Sweetie you shall sleep now, I am gonna sleep at the couch..."He added and stood to leave but I added,"Wait.."

And he stopped.

"No need to sleep at the couch,you can sleep on the bed too..." I suggested.

"Umm...no..it's okay" he hesitated.

I glared at him with my fierce eyes and he started stammering,"Uh...yeah..It's so uncomfortable in the couch,I will sleep on the be...bed ..right side.." and he ran inside the room.

I went behind him and we slept next to each other.

" Good night" he whispered.

"Good night" I replied...The morning I woke up ,I found myself sleeping like a baby, and James hugging me from behind.

I felt cozy in that position and so stayed like that for a couple of hours until he woke up and freshened himself up.

Later,..

"Olivia"he tugged a strand of my hair behind my ear and added,"Good morning" placing a small kiss on my forehead.

"Good morning " I crooned in a sleepy voice,

"I'm gonna make a cup of coffee for myself ,do you want some too?" he asked.

"hmm"

"okay, go fresh yourself up" said he and went to the kitchen.

After a minute,I got out of the bed and freshened myself up..After taking a shower,I wore shorts and an oversized sweatshirt and walked to the kitchen.

" you're awake, here's your coffee" James handed me a cup of espresso.

"Thanks" I thanked taking a sip of coffee.

"By the way,I have ordered croissants and cream caramel for breakfast."he winked.

"How's that possible ?" I thought.

"It on 3rd August 2024,the first time I met him.It was then ,when I told him that I told him that I love croissants and cream caramel

He remembers it ....hmm...." I pondered.

"Thank you " I blushed.

We took our seats on the dining table and had our breakfast."Mr.Kim will meet us at Blinking cafe, 9.00 a.m."He said.

"Okay" said I taking a mouthful of croissant."I will be ready by 8.30" I added.

"Good" he remarked.

Having my breakfast,I hurried back to my room for I had to get ready.

I pulled out a crimson off-shoulder and back-less sheath dress.I paired it with red block heels and added gold accessories to complement it.

It took me a whole hour to dress myself up.Then I took my step outside and called James out.

"Come on I am ready" I cried out,but he was busy scrolling his phone as he was seated on the couch.

"James...I am ready" I cried again.

He kept his phone aside and looked at me.

"What the hell are you wearing?" he was shocked.

"Isn't it pretty?'' I asked.

"Pretty bold " he replied.

"We are going for a meeting Olivia.....not on a date " He explained and stood up.

" But I wore these on meetings when I wasn't married..." I replied.

He walked towards me and added,"But you are married now...I won't allow you to wear it on a meeting" he grabbed my hand and pulled me inside our room.

"Wait here" he ordered and I stood there like a kid while he searched through my wardrobe.
