Top floor, in the conference room Danish was sitting on the head chair and had very cold expressions as all the directors were giving the report of the quarter growth of the company.

Then a secretary came to him and put the report in front of him. Danish flipped a few pages and seemed to be in a very foul mood and then he threw the report on the directors who were standing. All the papers in the report were flying in the conference room, the temperature seemed to have deteriorated to a very low point and everyone present were about to freeze as they already had cold sweat on their forehead.

Danish: Is this all you can do? Is this what I am bloody giving you salaries…..

No one dared to utter a word in front of him as they all cared a lot about their life….

Danish: I don’t know how you are going to fix it but I want this (profit) to increase to at least 70 percent within this month or else you all can prepare yourselves to sleep on the footpath from next month onwards …..

After saying this he strides out of the conference room in anger and goes towards his cabin.

Meanwhile, in the conference room all those directors who were standing in the presence of Danish finally sat on their chairs and took deep breaths. It looked like someone had snatched oxygen from them and now finally gave them back.

Oberoi group,

Finance department,

Risha: hey! What are we having for lunch? Because I can’t control my hunger anymore….

Dishi, Tara, and Pakhi looked at her …..

Pakhi: it's almost lunchtime, so we can have our lunch at a nearby restaurant to celebrate your first day of work otherwise I usually have lunch at the office canteen. The food at the canteen is also excellent, but it’s the first day of you three on job, so I think we should try something different…..

Dishi (in a playful tone): oh but Pakhi to remind you that it's our first day, and we don’t have any money with us to spend on such luxury….

Pakhi (smiling): it's my treat …..

Tara: Pakhi to which restaurant are you taking us all?

Pakhi: Palm and Pine……

Tara: oh my god, but that is really expensive…..

Pakhi: don’t worry we will go to the ordinary section and not in the premium one….

Dishi: ok, so lets go and reduce some weight of Pakhi’s wallet…..

Then four of them chuckled at that and then took their belongings to leave for the restaurant…..

In Danish’s cabin, he was busy signing some documents when someone knocked on the door…..

Danish: Come in…

Then Ritik enters and walks towards his table which is made up of marble and then hands over some documents to him.

Ritik: these are the documents for the deal of LONALI project and it's almost time for the meeting…

Danish: where did you arrange the meeting?

Ritik: at Palm and Pine restaurant…..

Danish: didn’t you find a better place.

Ritik: look its almost lunch time, and what is wrong with signing the deal while eating…..

Danish: do you think that Balraj Chopra is of that much worth, that I have lunch with him….

Ritik: then, what do you want me to do now?

Danish: send Shivam to have lunch with him and have the discussion about the deal, I will go to sign the documents…..

Ritik: as you say and I will order lunch for you then…

Danish: hmm….

Afterwards Danish indulged himself in his documents….

Then Ritik leaves and informs Shivam about the lunch and deal via call and Shivam agrees to go to meet Mr Chopra….

Meanwhile at the PALM and PINE restaurant,

Dishi, Tara, Risha, and Pakhi occupied a table in the ordinary section as they could not afford to spend a month’s salary to just have a lavish lunch. Then they ordered some dishes and started eating…

They were eating while talking and chuckling when Dishi noticed that a man in his forties wearing a tailored grey suit was constantly looking at them and especially towards Pakhi with lustful eyes and she didn’t even notice that …..

Dishi: Pakhi, do you know him? (pointing towards him) because he has been constantly staring at you….

Pakhi looks in that direction and gets uncomfortable from his constant and lustful gaze. And seeing her behave like this, Tara and Risha also looks at him….

Dishi: what’s wrong Pakhi? I am asking you; do you know that person or not….

Tara: isn’t he Mr Balraj Chopra….

Pakhi (somewhat ignoring his gaze): hmm, he is and I know him. He was one of our clients six months ago. At that time too, he tried to hit on me but Mrs Siya Kapadia (their superior who is also the best friend of Mrs Dhruvi Oberoi) saved me from him and I am really thankful to her.

Tara (nods in agreement): true, he is such a Tharki (pervert).

Soon they finished eating and Pakhi went to pay the bill at the reception where Mr Chopra was still trying to flirt with the receptionist. Pakhi reached there and asked for the bill still ignoring him. When he hears her voice he looks at Pakhi and then tries to flirt with her instead as the receptionist was ignoring him now.

Mr Chopra: hi beautiful, we meet again (with a lustful smile).

Pakhi: hi (with a fake smile).

Then the receptionist handed over the bill to Pakhi and she was taking out her card from her purse when Mr Chopra was looking at her a$$ with eyes full of lust…

Pakhi was swiping the card to pay when she suddenly felt a hand on her b*tt. She is jolted by his actions. She wanted to slap him for this but she couldn’t because he is still an upper-class man and might be a client again in future so, she could not anger him by creating a scene therefore she just let it slide and ignored him, paid the bill and left.

Mr Chopra’s assistant came to him and informed him that Mr Shivam Khurana had arrived for the business lunch and Mr Chopra followed him to the reserved table in the premium section.

Pakhi let it slide but didn’t know that Dishi had noticed the whole scene and had her blood boiling within her. Pakhi joins them.

Pakhi: I had paid the bill, so lets just leave (as she was uncomfortable to be in the same place anymore where she had just been harassed)

Dishi: wait for me I need to go to the restroom (washroom)...

Pakhi: ok but come fast.

Dishi: hmm, wait for me.

In the premium section,

Mr Chopra: why has Mr Shivam come for the business lunch? Wasn’t it with Mr Danish Oberoi?

Assistant: yes it was, but at the last moment Mr Danish refused to come but sent Mr Shivam in his stead…

Mr Chopra: ok…

Then they reach the table at which Shivam was waiting for him and then he shakes his hand with Shivam’s as a greeting……after that they sit in their places and ordered the food. The food is bought by the waiters, they begin to have it and discuss the points about their deal.

Outside the restaurant,

Danish arrives at palm and pines by his sports car. At first, he decided not to come but afterwards decided to have lunch there but not with them. He enters the restaurant and goes straight to the premium section and occupies a table from where he could clearly watch and hear them but they can’t see him.

Dishi who followed Mr Chopra from the reception to the premium section finally spotted him and went to him from behind,

As soon as she reached she dipped his (Mr Chopra’s) head in the hot soup which was kept in front of him. Shivam is shocked by her action meanwhile Danish who was not sitting far away and saw this was really impressed by her daring action.

Mr Chopra stood at the next moment furiously and was about to say something but before he could say anything …..

Dishi: oops…… you got dirty, but it's nothing in comparison to your rotten intention. Let me clean them for you….

As soon as she said this, she picked up a glass filled with juice from the table and threw it on him again. Shivam was enjoying this scene very much and was trying really hard to hold his laughter but few meters away this was the moment when Danish took a liking to her because even by looking at her, he could figure out that she was a no match to a big businessman like Mr Balraj Chopra but still dared to confront him this way.

Dishi was not like many beautiful and matured women he had met in the past but he was adoring her innocence. Dishi’s look was really mesmerising for him. She didn’t even have any earrings nor any makeup, even the lip balm she had applied previously had faded away while eating. In short she was a natural beauty who had developed something in the heart of our dangerous demon “the Danish Oberoi” who never liked any women around him.

Mr chopra: you bitch…….

And was about to slap but before his hand can land on her face Shivam’s instinct acts and holds his hand in air.

And after watching that Balraj was about to slap her, Danish was about to step in the situation but restrained himself after seeing that Shivam had acted at the right moment and his fists tightened as much as his veins were clearly visible on his hand.

Dishi: you son of pig, how dare you touch my friend without permission. (while showing her index finger as giving warning) And mind that if I ever see you staring at Pakhi, I will pluck out your eyes and play marbles with them let alone touch her. And by chance if you again dared to touch her then see (pointing at Shivam) he only knows to hold your hand but, I will break your hand and make you hold it with another.

Then Dishi stormed out of the place and hearing her Danish felt proud of her....

While Shivam left Mr Chopra’s hand and said…..

Shivam: it was nice meeting you Mr Chopra, the deal between Chopra enterprise and Orbis global is over. And hope to see you never again………

Then Shivam also follows Dishi and leaves Mr Chopra shocked there about what had just happened in his life as losing a deal with Orbis global meant his bankruptcy ……

Meanwhile Danish also leaves without coming into sight of anyone…
