New beginnings
Emma warren moves into a vibrant new neighborhood with her family. While
Shifting to a new neighborhood brings a whirlwind of emotions to her—excitement mixed with a touch of nervousness. There’s the thrill of exploring a fresh environment, meeting new faces, and imagining endless possibilities in a place you’ll soon call home.
Emma was very nervous, although she was hoping for very good things ahead.
Her father is handling the shifting.
Mr Warren
Stay away both!! It's too much dirt i will handle it myself (out of concern)
Emma frowns slightly, but she knows her father well. He's always been a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to keeping things neat and orderly.
Emma
Alright, Dad, We'll leave the heavy lifting to you, then.
As Emma watches her father unpack the boxes, a movement catches her eye. She turns to see their elderly neighbor, Mrs. Thompson, walking towards them. Mrs. Thompson is a kind-hearted woman in her fifties.
Mrs Thompson
"Hello there! I saw you unpacking your boxes and thought I'd come by to welcome you to the neighborhood "Won't you ladies come in and have a cup of tea? The men can handle the loading and unloading."
Mrs Warren
That sounds lovely, thank you
They both follow Mrs. Thompson to her cozy living room, while Emma's father begins the task of unloading the boxes. As they enter the living room, Emma can't help but notice the warm and welcoming vibe of Mrs. Thompson's home. There are comfortable armchairs facing a large window that looks out onto the street.
Mrs Thompson
I believe I should introduce you to my daughter, Lily
At that moment, a young woman, enters the room. She has long, wavy brown hair, warm hazel eyes, and a friendly smile.
Lily
(turns to Emma with a friendly smile)Hello there! (she says, her voice is energetic)I'm Lily, Mrs. Thompson's daughter. So, you're the new neighbor?
Emma
Yes, we just moved in. It's nice to meet you, Lily.
Mrs. Thompson excuses herself to pour the tea and leaves the room. Lily quickly plops down on the couch next to Emma, her eyes sparkling with curiosity.
Lily
So...how old are you anyway?
Emma
Emma chuckles at the blunt question, I'm 22.
Lily
Oh, well, I'm 20 I wouldn't have guessed you were that old just by looking.
Emma
Is that so? What did you think my age was?
Lily
Hmm, I would have guessed you were, say, 19 at most
By the way let me show you around our society (while asking permission from her mother and emma's mom)
Both mrs Thompson and Mrs Warren nod giving them the permission
Lily
Are you ready for a tour?
What will they talk about the tour and new things Let's see in the next episode
