End of the night

Yunna looked at Marcos, who seemed undecided about what to do. She didn’t want to cause another scene, but at the same time, Jeon Mingi’s gaze was threatening enough that she didn’t dare resist. He was angry, and Yunna knew that when he got like this, there was no way to argue.

Jeon Mingi had a way of imposing his presence that made her feel fear, a fear that she always tried to hide, but that now seemed impossible to ignore. With his hand still firmly on her wrist, Mingi turned her around and started walking towards the exit.

Yunna, having no other choice, followed him, feeling Marcos's gaze on her back. She didn't know what Jeon Mingi would do next, but something inside her told her that the situation was beyond a simple argument. The atmosphere was tense, and she felt as if she was about to lose herself in something she couldn't control.

When they reached the door, Jeon Mingi ingi opened it with a sudden movement and pushed Yunna out, towards the car parked in front of the restaurant. She could feel everyone's eyes on her, but she didn't dare look back. She knew that, at that moment, any attempt to protest would be in vain.

Jeon Mingi was in control, and Yunna felt the weight of the pressure on her back, as if she had no other option. The last thing she heard before she got into the car was Mingi's voice, low and firm, saying, "Let's go, Yunna. I don't want to see this happen anymore. It's just you and me now."

And as the car drove off, Yunna stood in silence, her heart pounding. She didn't know where this would lead, but one thing was certain: things between her and Mingi were much more complicated than she had imagined.

Marcos watched in silence as Jeon Mingi grabbed Yunna’s wrist and pulled her away from him. He stood frozen for a moment, unsure of how to react. Yunna, in a quick gesture, looked at him, her eyes filled with something Marcos couldn’t identify—maybe fear, maybe guilt. But before he could ask what was going on, she stopped him with a simple gesture of her hand.

“Don’t get involved, Marcos,” she said, her voice weak and shaky, but filled with an urgency he couldn’t ignore.

Marcos stood still, his gaze fixed on Yunna. He wanted to protest and wanted to do something to stop Mingi from doing what she was doing, but something in Yunna’s expression made him hesitate. She looked so vulnerable, so desperate for him to stay out of the situation.

Marcos, not fully understanding what was happening, chose to remain silent.

He watched in silence as Jeon Mingi pulled Yunna toward the door. Yunna looked at him once more, but this time, her gaze didn’t meet his for long. She looked defeated, as if she were giving up the battle. Marcos felt a tightness in his chest, a bitter feeling of helplessness, but he didn’t say a word.

He didn’t dare say anything. Yunna’s request echoed in his mind, and he knew that, at that moment, the best thing he could do was to stay quiet. Jeon Mingi and Yunna left quickly, without further explanation. Marcos stood there, in the middle of the empty restaurant, staring at the door where the two had disappeared.

He felt confusion growing inside him, mixed with a twinge of frustration. What was happening? Why did Yunna seem so submissive, so distant? And who was this man, Jeon Mingi, who had so much power over her? Silence settled around him, and Marcos felt completely lost.

He looked at the place where Yunna and Mingi had disappeared, as if waiting for some sign, some explanation, to appear before him. But nothing happened. No answer, just the echo of his own thoughts.

With a heavy sigh, Marcos turned around, still dazed, and headed for the exit. He didn't know what had happened there, but he felt like he was beginning to understand less and less about Yunna and the complexity of her relationship with Mingi. He felt like there was something deeper, something hidden, but he wasn't sure what to do with that feeling.

As he walked to his car, the only thing Marcos knew was that the night had left him more confused than ever. He didn't know what he was getting himself into, but he knew he couldn't just leave things like this. He needed to understand what was happening, what exactly Yunna wanted—and, most importantly, who Jeon Mingi was to her.

Mingi held Yunna's hand firmly but carefully, looking straight into her eyes.

"Come on. This night ends here." His voice was serious, but not aggressive.

Marcos froze, feeling that this was not his battle. He knew that Yunna was in a complicated relationship and, at that moment, he decided not to interfere.

Yunna, surprised by Jeon Mingi's attitude, hesitated for a moment, but ended up giving in. Part of her still wanted him to fight for them, to show that he really cared. Jeon Mingi led her out of the restaurant, ignoring the curious looks, and took her to the car.

The silence on the way back was deafening. Jeon Mingi held the steering wheel tightly, his thoughts spinning in circles. He wanted to speak, but he didn't know how. Every word that came to his mind seemed insufficient. Yunna, on the other hand, looked out the window, trying to hold back her tears. She didn't want any more fighting, she didn't want to hear any more screaming.

When they got home, Yunna quickly opened the door and went upstairs without saying a word. Jeon Mingi stood in the living room, watching her disappear down the hallway.

He ran his hand over his face, frustrated with himself, feeling that every step he took toward her seemed to push her further away. Yunna walked into her room and closed the door, leaning against it. Her heart was racing, and the tears finally fell.
