CHAPTER 20: THE DEMON WITHIN

"Tch...that bold old hag...she dares keep me in the dark...I wont give in....and when I break through...I will end...you all" Diane said as her right eye had turned golden for a brief moment the it became silver then red again. She grew short but dangerous looking fangs at the sides of her teeth, and underneath her eyelid became really black. Diane stood up with a blood thirsty aura walking out slowly. As she opened the doors and walked out, the snow wrapped itself around her creating the first layer of appearance she had shown the girls then it created the appearance she first used when approaching the girls. A silent and dangerous expression was on her face as the ice brought out steam from her rising temperature

She heads back to the hostel dashing through the hall way as she looked really angry. But paused as she remembered she left some of her stuff in the previous class.

"Damn!" Diane cursed turning as she slid her way stopping in front of the class.

A lecturer was in, being scolded by the girls with Jackie as they seemed to be shielding someone but looked scared, bowing his face while Jackie tried to hold in her anger as he noticed Diane then froze, his face drained of all color as it looked like his life slipped away

"Sorry for the interruption, I left some of my stuff here, I came to reclaim them..." Diane trailed off as she made eye contact with Astrid, Vanna, Courtney, Vanessa, and Tamar, her aura making them flinch in fear and look away, then her gaze landed back on Jackie who still hadn't noticed her yet

The lecturer's expression dies out as his face became pale and sweat covering his face, the 7 boys frowned

"Ms..." He said as if asking for help, then Diane noticed he was covered in sweat and what seemed to be blood, but not his.. Diane's face trailed to the little girl behind him and Jackie as it turned out to be Little Mo yun...bruised and battered

" I'll leave it all to you Ms Jackie " He said respectfully as he ran out of the class. Diane's being stood still as her gaze scanned Mo yun from head to toe, she hadn't noticed her so she cowered in fear

"Mo yun..." Diane muttered as Mo yun recognized her voice turning to her

"M...master.." She said almost as a whisper with a smile before she lost balance and crashed towards the ground. Jackie turned to the entrance meeting Diane who caught Mo yun as she was now very frail

"Master...you came after all" Mo yun said before passing out

Diane turned to Jackie as her aura intensified. The snow outside became a blizzard with seemed to fan the rage in her eyes. Diane took off her coat revealing her black trainers and top as she covered Mo yun gently placing her at a safe corner

"Jackie...I want names.." Diane ordered short and briefly as her red pupils glimmered.

"The girls did it" Jackie said as Lydia scoffed

"Tch! So we did it, what are you gonna do about it? You low lives shouldn't be here in the first place, we only did what was to be done, seperated the dirt and filth from...."

Suddenly everyone paused as cold wind filled the class for a second then Lydia appeared being smashed to the wall with Diane's hand covering her mouth. Her hair got loose due to the speed as it fell roughly around her body.

Bobby froze along with the boys but not in shock of her abilities but her being, and at the speed they couldn't react to immediately.

Tamar, Vanna, Vanessa, Courtney and Astrid quickly moved far away from her as they shook in fear

"Who else?" Diane asked turning to Jackie whose feet were stuck to the ground too

" Sophie and Andy" Jackie muttered like she was being controlled as the girls froze turning to Diane who now smiled at them, her short fangs barely noticed by all

" We...we didn't..."

" I didn't ask you" Diane said as she let go of Lydia, she throws out 2 cloth belts as it hits the girls like it were iron till they bled then wrapped itself around the girls then suddenly drew them out of the class window as they hung 7 feet above the ground

"AHHHH!!!" The girls screamed as Astrid, Vanna, Vanessa, Tamar and Courtney felt chills down their spine. Diane climbed unto the window as she bent down leisurely with a creepy smile on her face staring at the screaming, dangling girls

"HEY! YOU'VE GONE TOO FAR!" Jessica shouted as she watched her girls get beaten up in horror.

Diane froze then turned to Jessica who now felt her skin crawl at her glare. She slowly stepped down leaving the girls to dangle as she heads towards Jessica slowly.

"Diane, stop please..." Jackie shouted as Diane didn't seem to hear her.

Jessica smirked as she tried to activate her phoenix fire but failed, her expression became shocked as she tried again but failed, with Diane coming closer she tried again but failed again as it seemed her strength had left her completely, she turned to Diane who had a smirk on her face slowly closing in on her. Her face expressed horror as she shivered instinctively

Just before Diane reached her she gets held down by Bobby who covered her eyes, her nose picked up a sweet smell like sudden spring after the snow

"That's enough" A cold voice said but enclosed in a warm tone making it sound soothing to the ears.

Bobby got shocked noticing the bleeding in her ears and joints and her claws too as they retracted all too soon like it were a dream. Diane growled before she got held down forcefully by Bobby as she seemed out of strength

"She... she's just like..." Bobby said as his head rang fighting for control

Jessica noticed as she panicked

"Young master Lu! are you alright?" She asked as a calm ripple settled in Bobby's head

"Si ming are you alright?" Jessica asked as Bobby nodded

" D! Are you okay?" Jackie asked running towards her but froze at Diane's sudden rapid increase in strength

"Let go of me" Diane suddenly ordered in a fierce voice as she forced her way out of the Bobby's grip

Diane checked out Little Mo as she was critical then she turned to the girls dangling by her belt

"She's so little, if she can take the pain so should you, it's time you know something called fear...isn't that right?" Diane said as her belt tore off from the girls, everyone froze as they headed down screaming

" D!" Astrid screamed as Diane smiled creepily

"That should teach you to think twice before bullying..." Diane said before a blow landed on her stomach. It sent her flying to the wall as she cracked it making a small crater on the wall upon impact

Everyone turned to Diane as she was now covered on blood, she was flattened, still and bleeding, looking dead

"DIANE!!" Jackie screamed out in a really loudly as she laid Mo yun and headed off to her before Bobby held her hand

3 Asian boys around age 18 like Mo yun ran in with long tattered hair and torn clothes as they heard Mo yun was badly injured

"Mo yun!" Zi yu, one of the boys Diane was to take in ran in with Cheng and Jun, the other 2 as Cheng and Jun noticed Diane beaten and bruised

"HANDS OFF YOU MONSTER!" Jackie shouted as she landed a blow on Bobby drawing off her arm and headed for Diane

The hit made Bobby and Jessica freeze as Jackie had never laid a finger on him before, no matter how much she wanted to or threatened.

Cheng and Jun ran as they stopped right between Diane and Bobby, Jun stretched out his hand to protect Diane while Cheng took a stance as if to confront anyone who wanted to attack especially Bobby

"WE WILL NOT LET YOU HURT OUR SISTER EVEN IF YOU KILL US!"

Everyone quieted down in shock at what they witnessed and heard while Jackie ran to meet Diane but froze 2 feet from her as she couldn't take another step forward

"Diane! What the...."

Diane slowly moved out of the crater as her rib seemed to be broken beyond repair, and her organs seriously ruptured. She takes deep breaths trying to balance her weight without falling

*Diane: Why? Why did they have to go so far for someone like me, someone they don't even know, is it because I want to take them in? No, they could have easily avoided the situation...what did they call me...their sister..."*

Jessica got angry as she lands a blow on Cheng, he got tossed to the floor as blood spilled to his face the girls screamed afraid of Jackie as they moved back

"How dare you talk to Young master Lu like that?! You..."

"How could you....How could you raise your hand to a kid like that...."

"D...." Jackie called again as Diane suddenly started laughing, one that sent shivers to everyone who listened as blood spilled out of her mouth, then she appeared beside Jackie in the blink of an eye gripping her neck as blood dripped down her face and body

"DIANE!" Jackie called out when she couldn't bear it anymore as Diane suddenly stopped, now staring at her with no emotion on her face

"Diane....please..." Jackie begged softly as she couldn't take the whole action anymore

Diane released Jessica who was coughing badly as she appeared to have chocked due to the intense force, and if Jackie hadn't interfered in time she might have bitten the dust

Diane slowly walked towards Bobby with her aura greatly amplified, they couldn't move, same with Jessica and everyone else on the class.

She passed by Bobby as he froze feeling an intense amount of pressure making his body shake, she them headed towards Cheng, she picked him up on one shoulder, then she headed to Mo yun taking her up on another shoulder

"Let's go, your sister will keep you safe" Diane said with a smile as the boys froze then nodded running towards her, while her blood spilled with second that passed by.

Jackie froze as she fell to the floor with her being shaking in fear

The boys walked in casually meeting Diane heading towards them. Robbie and Chris' pupils turned blue in an instant as they could now see through her bones

*Robbie and Chris:"Not good, almost all her bones are..."* They said before turning to Bobby as he scanned his hand seeing blood dripping from his fist.

*Robbie and Chris:"Don't tell me...."* They said in thought as Diane walked out of the building.

"You..." Chris said to Bobby alarmed before he got interrupted by some girls who ran in with snow all around their face and body

"Where's the b****?!" Sophie shouted as Bobby and Jackie froze at their appearance

Lydia who was said to have been beaten to a pulp only had scratches around her body and she could still move around while the Sophie and Andy were only covered in snow

Jessica too was shocked as she didn't expect Diane didn't lay a hand on them

"YOU BASTARD!" Jackie shouted as she aimed a lethal blow at Bobby before being held down by Chris and Jake who struggled to keep her from moving

"I'll kill you!" Jackie shouted as her eyes became orange and a dangerous aura surrounded her, Dick held her shoulder as her aura got tensed, the boys quickly covered them before anyone could see her transform

"Babe, calm down it's me"- He muttered before her aura died down slowly then she fainted. Dick frowned turning to Bobby

-"Learn to deal with your issues dude, I won't be able to stop a huge fight next time" Dick threatened before walking out with Jackie in his arms. Robbie frowned at Bobby

Sage suddenly felt a life force dwindling as she held her chest in response.

"Excuse me sir" Sage said as she ran out of the class leaving everyone speechless

"What's this feeling, Diane..." Sage said as she ran towards the Diane's class meeting the damaged walls and windows and everyone shaking like they witnessed something terrifying

She scanned the class for Diane as she couldn't sense her presence and didn't see her either. Then she met Jackie who seemed to still be in shock

"Jackie...what happened?" Sage asked as Jackie raised her head to her then broke down crying loudly

Sage frowned as she looked around picking a girl who flinched at her glare

"Start talking" She ordered coldly as the girl got frightened and explained the whole scene.

Sage's energy shot up suddenly, her aura intensified with Diane's making it almost impossible for anyone to keep calm as all expressions were wiped off her face. She turned to Lydia, Sophie and Andy as they shivered under her gaze

"You're dead" Sage declared as she walked past them without raising a finger their face became as white as paper then they fell to the floor with cuts and blood all over their body

Everyone screamed as they didn't expect that to happen while Sage turned locking eyes with Jessica, a cold deathly grin flashed on her face for a second, Diane's face suddenly replaced hers in Jessica's eyes as she fell unto her seat in shock. Then she turned to Astrid and the rest as her expression showed disgust before leaving

Sage ran out looking for Bobby as she met the boys who attempted to calm her down but she didn't seem approachable as they sensed her intensified aura of blood lust

"Sage..." Chris called as Sage's gaze locked on Bobby

The snow raged on as Sage took a step towards the boys, they stood their guard

"I'll only say this once, move" Sage ordered as the boys turned to Robbie who sighed

"Sage... "

" I'm more angry at you, something this big was going on and you kept it from me?" Sage asked broken as if she had realized something making Robbie freeze at her words

"I..."

"All I ever wanted was to protect her, when I first met her she was like a porcupine shielding herself from this world, she shut herself from the world, didn't smile, didn't have any emotions, she told me there was nothing in this world that is meaningful when your most treasured person is lost" Sage said as the boys couldn't reply

" Slowly she lived with us, and was able to smile with us, eat with us, fight with us, joke with us, I finally felt that dark void in my life was fixed, I felt alive, peaceful and content" Sage said to Robbie then faced Bobby

" And you, did you ever consider what she's been through, every day, every second because of you, because of your decisions, and yet you hurt her every single time, no matter how many times she comes through for you, LU SI MING ARE YOU STILL HUMAN?! " Sage screamed for the first time with tears streaming down her face, the boys froze at her reaction.

"You all keep saying Diane, Diane, Diane, who is this Diane? Is she someone I know?! WHO IS LITTLE YIN?! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED BACK THERE?!"- Bobby shouted as everyone quieted down

-" My head hurts just thinking about it, why was my bro so angry? She has never laid a hand on me, neither have I, yet I felt she really wanted to kill me, DO YOU KNOW HOW THAT FELT?!" Bobby shouted

-" So please if you know anything, anything at all please tell me" Bobby said as he felt broken

Sage suddenly felt a sharp pain in head with Bobby they both stumbled back gritting their teeth in pain

"Hey..." Robbie and Chris said supporting them

*Sage: "Is this what you feel every single day?"* Sage said in thought as she struggled to stand up, Robbie's eyes turned blue as he scanned her body seeing the massive Qi and double core in her body then to Bobby who had a the same massive Qi and double essence

Jackie staggered in holding her chest as she held the big tree slowly kneeling, Dick rushed to receive her as she fell to his arms weakly

Robbie scanned her too seeing her double veins which meant she had double cultivation veins

" This is..." He said as the flow of power intensified in the 3 of them before slowly dying out

" Diane..." Sage and Jackie whispered as they fell unconscious with Bobby, the boys were alarmed as Robbie called out to them

"Guys.....Diane....might be...no, Diane is Little Yin" Robbie announced as the boys turned to him shocked

Diane who was walking in the deep snow towards the forest, she arrived deep into the forest in the deep snow as she smiled.

"Here we are"

Jun and Zi yu frowned as they looked around

"Master, I don't really mind living in the forest with you but is it safe from predators?" Jun asked as Diane froze

" Predators...oh! Silly me, I didn't remove the seal"

" Uh?" The boys asked as Diane cut her hand blood spills out then she placed it on the floor

"Release" She muttered as some of the trees disappeared, a huge castle appeared with huge space and a long walk way

It's sight was glorious built in gold and silver, as the boys opened their eyes and mouth in awe, Diane smiled then suddenly stumbled with Mo yun and Cheng falling off her. Zi yu and Jun gets alarmed as they tried to hold her up

"Master!" They called out as Diane had fainted. The boys quickly drew them out of the snow into the castle

In there they met a woman who seemed to be cleaning the house. She noticed the boys supporting Diane as she dropped her broom

"Oh dear" She said as she ran to receive them, the boys got tensed as they moved to defend Diane

"Young master" She called out as the boys sighed in relief before giving out themselves.
