Chapter 13

Jasper floated back to his realm, still reeling from the events of the night. He couldn't believe that Ethan had punched him and thrown him out of the apartment.

As he settled into his ethereal bed, Jasper's mind began to wander back to the kiss. He had been taken aback by Ethan's passion, and his own feelings had surprised him.

Jasper's eyes grew heavy, and he let himself drift off to sleep. But his slumber was fitful, his mind consumed by thoughts of Ethan.

As he slept, Jasper's dreams grew more vivid. He found himself back in Ethan's apartment, but this time, Ethan was kissing him willingly.

The dream-Jasper wrapped his arms around Ethan, deepening the kiss. Ethan's hands roamed over Jasper's ghostly form, sending shivers down his spine.

The dream grew more intense, with Jasper and Ethan entwined in a passionate embrace. Jasper's ghostly form began to take on a more solid shape, his body responding to the dream-Ethan's touch.

Jasper's eyes flew open, and he sat up with a start. He was breathing heavily, his ghostly form still tingling from the dream.

As he looked down, Jasper realized that he had had a wet dream. His ghostly form was still aroused, and he could feel the lingering effects of the dream.

Jasper's face grew hot with embarrassment. He couldn't believe that he had lost control like that. But as he thought back to the dream, he couldn't help but feel a twinge of desire.

Jasper lay back down, his mind still reeling from the dream. He knew that he had to see Ethan again, to explore the feelings that had developed between them.

But as he drifted off to sleep, Jasper couldn't shake off the feeling that Ethan was still angry with him. He had punched Jasper and thrown him out of the apartment, after all.

As Jasper slept, his mind continued to wander back to Ethan. He couldn't shake off the feeling that he had made a mistake by kissing him without permission.

But at the same time, Jasper couldn't deny the strong attraction he felt towards Ethan. He had never felt this way about anyone before, and it was both exhilarating and terrifying.

When Jasper woke up, he felt a sense of determination. He was going to make things right with Ethan, no matter what it took.

Jasper floated back to Ethan's apartment, his heart pounding with anticipation. He didn't know what to expect, but he was willing to do whatever it took to apologize and make amends.

As he arrived at the apartment, Jasper saw that Ethan was sitting on the couch, staring at his phone. He looked up and saw Jasper, and his expression darkened.

"What do you want?" Ethan growled, his voice low and menacing.

Jasper took a deep breath and floated closer to Ethan. "I want to apologize," he said, his voice sincere. "I was wrong to kiss you without permission. I know I crossed a boundary, and I'm truly sorry."

Ethan looked at Jasper, his expression unreadable. For a moment, Jasper thought he saw a glimmer of hope, but then Ethan's face hardened again.

"Apology accepted," Ethan said curtly. "But don't think this means I'm going to forgive and forget. You need to earn back my trust."

Jasper nodded, feeling a sense of relief wash over him. "I understand," he said. "I'll do whatever it takes to earn back your trust."

Ethan raised an eyebrow, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. "We'll see about that," he said.

Jasper's heart skipped a beat as he saw the glimmer of hope in Ethan's eyes. Maybe, just maybe, he had a chance to make things right after all.
