The weeks following their date passed in a whirlwind of stolen moments and shared laughter. Elijah and Lumillicent became inseparable, finding joy in the simplest of things: a quiet walk in the park, a lazy Sunday morning at the café, a movie night at home. One evening, Lumillicent invited Elijah over for dinner at her cottage. The table was set with candles and flowers, and the smell of roasted chicken filled the air. As they sat down to eat, Lumillicent turned to Elijah with a smile.

"I've been thinking about our conversation from a few weeks ago", she continued, "about traveling to Paris. And I was wondering.... would you like to go with me?"

Elijah's heart skipped a beat, and he smiled, unable to contain the happiness he felt. "Of course l would", he said, his voice sincere. "It's been a dream of mine, too".

Lumillicent's eyes danced with excitement, and she took Elijah's hand, her smile brighter than the stars. "I'm glad", she said, her voice full of joy. Elijah's heart was racing, and he found himself at a loss for words. He wanted to tell Lumillicent how he felt, to express the depth of his emotions for her, but he couldn't find the words to do it justice.

Lumillicent looked at him, her eyes searching his. "You've changed my life, you know", she said softly. "I feel like I've found my other half".

Elijah's heart soured at her words, and he leaned in, his lips brushing hers. Lumillicent kissed him back, her lips soft and sweet.

The weeks leading up to their trip to Paris were filled with excitement and anticipation. Elijah and Lumillicent spent hours poring over guidebooks, planning out their itinerary and day dreaming about the adventures they would have. Finally, the day of their departure arrived, and the two of them found themselves in the airport, bags in hand and smiles on their faces. As they boarded the plane, Lumillicent took Elijah's hand, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

"We're really doing this, aren't we?" she said, her voice hushed with awe. Elijah smiled, his heart filled with a sence of wonder. "We are", he replied, "it's like a dream come true".

The flight was long, but it passed quickly as Elijah and Lumillicent talked and laughed, sharing stories and memories. As the plane touched down in Paris, Lumillicent turned to Elijah, her face glowing with excitement.

"I can't believe we're here", she said, her eyes shining. "I've wanted this for so long".

Elijah nodded, his heart over flowing with happiness. The days in Paris flew by in a blur of museums, cafés, and romantic walks along the Seine. Elijah and Lumillicent were like two halves of a whole, complete only when they were together. On their last day in the city, Elijah had a surprise for Lumillicent. He took her to the top of the Eiffer Tower, and as they stood at the railing, looking out over the city. Elijah turned to her, his face serious.

"Lumillicent", he said, his voice shaking with emotion. "I have something to ask you".Lumillicent looked at Elijah, her heart beating faster with anticipation. In that moment, she knew that her life was about to change forever.

"Yes?" she said, her voice trembling.

Elijah took a deep breath, his heart pounding in his chest. "Lumillicent, l love you", he said, his voice breaking. "I love everything about you. Your smile, your laugh, your kindness.... you've changed my life in ways l never thought possible".

Lumillicent's eyes filled with tears of joy, and she took Elijah's hand in hers. "I feel the same way", she said, her voice catching in her throat. "I've never loved anyone the way I love you. You make me feel like I'm alive for the first time".

Elijah's heart soared at her words, and he reached into his pocket, pulling out a small box. Lumillicent gasped, her hand going to her mouth in shock.

"Lumillicent", Elijah said, his voice full of emotion, "will you marry me?"

Lumillicent's eyes widened, and she nodded, tears of joy spilling down her cheeks. Elijah opened the box, revealing a beautiful diamond ring. Lumillicent gasped as he slipped the ring onto her finger, a symbol of their enternal love.

"Yes, yes, a thousand times yes!" Lumillicent said, her voice filled with joy. "I will marry you, Elijah. I will spend the rest of my life by your side, as your partner, your best friend and your lover".

Elijah kissed Lumillicent, the kiss sealing their love and their future. As they embraced, they knew that their love had taken them on a journey that would last a lifetime.
