Days turned into weeks, and Mia couldn’t shake the hollow feeling in her chest. Every time she closed her eyes, she could see Leo’s face—the determination, the sadness, and the selfless love in his eyes as he made his final sacrifice. "This is it," she breathed, her heart pounding.

She removed the pendant and placed it into the indentation. The door groaned, shaking violently as it began to open. A blinding light spilled out, illuminating the darkness.

And standing on the other side of the door was Leo.

But something was wrong. His eyes glowed faintly, and his expression was distant, as if he wasn’t entirely himself.

"Mia…" he said, his voice soft but strained. "You shouldn’t have come. It’s too dangerous."

Mia took a step forward, tears streaming down her face. "I had to. I’m here to save you."

But the shadows around him began to writhe and twist, forming into monstrous shapes. The darkness wasn’t going to let him go so easily.

"You’ll have to fight for him," the Guardian’s voice echoed, louder than ever. "Prove your strength once more, or lose him forever."

Mia squared her shoulders, her fear melting away. "I’m not leaving without him," she said, her voice steady. "Not this time."

The final battle had begun.
