Seventeen years later.

"Mom, I'm going to school now", Van said while putting on his bag.

"Oh, have you eaten?" Hikaru asked her child.

"Yes, it's done. Alright, I'm leaving now", Van said as he left the house.

"Sigh, another day; it's so tiring to go to school". I said as I slowly walked to the side of the road to catch a ride.

Before long, I saw the bus arriving; it stopped in front of me, and I immediately got on.

While I'm sitting on the edge of the car seat and watching the birds flying.

A few hours passed, and I was about to enter the gate of the big school. While looking down as I entered, I noticed that the students were one by one looking out at the road.

"Hey, she's here!" shouted the students who were extremely noisy.

I looked back and saw a woman slowly getting out of an expensive car, while some bodyguards were still on watch outside.

I continued walking through the gate while other students were shouting.

"¡Sahara! I love you!" Tough guys pushing each other

"Ahhh, can I take a picture?!" A man suddenly approached the woman.

I entered the classroom and took a nap.

A few hours passed, and my classmates and our professor arrived.

"Before we begin, I will first introduce you to your new classmate", said the elderly professor.

The woman outside the gate earlier entered our classroom.

"Hey, Sahara!"

"Yesss, finally we have a pretty classmate."

The man spoke as if he thought he was handsome.

While I was just dozing off in my chair.

"Uhm! Miss Sahara, there might still be some who don't know you; could you please introduce yourself?"

"Ahhhh, Of course", the woman said in front while standing.

"I am Katakagi Sahara; my father is Lee Katakagi," she said in front.

Along with this came the noise from my classmates, who said,

"Mr. Lee Katakagi is your father?! the owner of this school?" said by a student.

"You're right about that!" said the professor.

"¡ehm! prof! Where will I sit?" Sahara said.

Ahhhh, okay, just sit in the vacant chair, the professor said while pointing to the chair next to me.

Sahara sat beside me while I was already asleep in my seat.

While the professor was lecturing, he suddenly looked at me.

"Hey! Van! You're sleeping in my class again," the professor shouted angrily.

while I was soundly asleep.

"Van!" The professor who woke me up is a tough one.

"Ahahahahaha!" The laughter of my classmates who were looking at me.

When I woke up, I saw Sahara next to me, looking.

I ignored it and turned my gaze to the professor.

"You always sleep in my class!" the professor shouted while holding a big book.

"Okay! Answer the second page."

I opened the book and read the question.

I immediately answered it within seconds after reading it.

"wohh!" I heard my classmates reciting.

then I went back to sitting and took a nap again.

at the same time, the bell rings.

"Join us for lunch at the canteen Sahara," said the group of five girls.

"Oh, is that so? Okay, let's go," Sahara said.

While I was sitting outside and reading a book under a large tree that was blocking the heat of the sun.

Many students are going through a lot while I sit here and don't care about them.

"Hey, give me your money!" shouted a bully, accompanied by five other boys, as they bullied the nerdy boy.

"I don't have any money with me!" This is all I have!" said the nerd as he handed the food to the bully, whose hand was shaking.

The bully took the food, opened it, and dumped it on the nerd's face.

While the nerd just bowed his head as other students stared at him.

"Ahahahahahahahahah!" The six bullies laughed while looking at the nerd bent over with food on his head.

"Hey, what's happening here?" Sahara exclaimed as she walked closer.

"Let's go!" Let's go!" said the leader of the bullies as they turned around and left.

" Are you okay?!" said Sahara while wiping the nerd's head with a handkerchief.

"Yeah," the nerd stammered and then ran.

"What's going on with him?" Sahara said it in surprise.

"Let's go, Sahara!" the five women accompanying her.

While they were walking down the way, not far from where I was sitting, Sahara glanced at me for a moment.

"Hey, I just want to ask, isn't that our classmate?" Sahara said

"Yes, that's Van". replied one.

"He doesn't talk much and is always sleeping in class, but when the professor asks him something, he answers right away."

"Is he really like that?" Sahara asked while walking into the school,

"In all the time I've been here at this school, I haven't seen Van talk to anyone," said a woman accompanying Sahara.

After an hour of break time, I went back to my classroom.

Before I even entered the door,

I immediately saw the professor starting the lecture.

"O, Van! You were caught a few minutes late," said the bald professor.

I walked in as if I hadn't heard anything.

I was getting closer to my seat and saw Sahara already sitting next to my spot.

I sat down too, while the teacher was teaching and my classmates were quietly listening.

I was just looking out the window and watching the birds flying in the sky.

"Hey", I can hear the voice of the woman next to me.

I turned around and saw it staring at me while smiling.

"Why?" I asked in a soft voice.

"By the way, I'm Sahara". She said it while extending her hand.

"I already know your name!" I said in a soft voice, then looked outside again.

"Oh, okay, who wants to answer the first question?!" The professor exclaimed while holding the thick book.

"Me! Me! professor", Sahara said as she raised her hand.

While looking out the window, I was also listening to Sahara's answer.

She immediately answered the simple question and sat down. After a few hours, it was time to go home.

I went out the gate and waited for the bus while reading a book.

While the other students were also leaving at the gate.

"Okay, I'll go ahead of you". Sahara said to her friends and she walked out the gate and a car waiting on the street with a bodyguard on watch.

While I was just on the sidelines and didn't care about the surroundings.

"Hey, I'll go first." I heard a voice beside me, and when I turned, I saw Sahara's face close to mine.

I just watched her while she was getting into the fancy car that her bodyguards were still opening.

As the car was moving, a bus arrived and stopped in front of me. I immediately got on, and after a few hours, I was home.

"Mom!" I said it while taking off my

shoes.

"Oh, you're already here, Van". The food is on the table. I was startled when I heard my mother speak while washing the dishes.

"Mom! Tomorrow, I'm going to the forest to hunt; we don't have classes anyway."

I said while my mouth was full of food.

"It's up to you; just always be careful."

After eating, I read a book first.

I finished reading a few pages and then went to my room to sleep.
