I don't know what got into him. I wasn't expecting our meeting like this ...

" Please take some more... Faith .." aunt Madilia said serving some more rice on my plate.

" You know Emily is getting married . she choosed her husband by herself . " Aunt said

" yes... she told me " I said and turned to Emily .. " this is not fair girl ..you can't marry leaving your girl single " I pout

" Then find yourself a boyfriend Faith .." she winked at me and laughed .

" Don't tease my sister .. " Nick came to my defense and I thanked him for that .

We again started eating normally while Uncle again started speaking ..

" Faith .. " uncle called me and I looked at him .

" What do you think of Ewan ? " He asked me and I found my heart beating fast by mentioning of his name ...

" E.. Ewan is good ..we are great friends Uncle ." I said and looked at Ewan with shyness , who was also staring at me like he was waiting for my reply .. but his face was blank ...

" Do you like him ? " Uncle asked me shocking me . my heart stopped beating .. my cheeks become red instantly . Well Emily only knew this that I have a Crush on Ewan. .. but I never told anyone else ..and more than everything Ewan himself was present here. it's so awkward .

I took time and peek at him I saw him looking at his food but his folk was stopped.. hinting he has full attention to our conversation. . . 

" Oh dad yes .. I think she likes Ewan .." Emily answered as I was silent . She also teasingly poke me on my belly ..

" Emily .. " I called her in a warning tone .. as I wasn't happy with her being so revealing about our private thing ..

" Umm  no uncle... It's not like that " I said looking at my plate . my ears were hot and red . This is the most awkward situation of my life .

" You Don't like Ewan ? " Uncle Abel asked and I declined it immediately . I like him so much.  I always liked him ..

" No .. it's not like that ... " I said blushing ..

" Hahah .. I understand what u mean my child.   " I don't know what he understood but I didn't asked more .. I kept my head low and concerntaint on my food .

" Jacob .. then we should took the things farther .. " uncle said my dad and I saw dad nodding with him .. Then suddenly Ewan got up and left the dining table muttering " excuse me please " ..

I looked at Emily and she smiled at me awkwardly.. Ewan's bheaviour hurt me alot . From the time he was present here he didn't talk to me at once and now he left the table so rudely .

After dinner me and Emily went to my room . I requested her to stay tonight with me and she agreed . 

I entered bathroom and change into my night dress .. Emily was speaking with her would be husband in balcony . I came out of the bathroom and saw my dad and uncle Abel was there .

" Uncle.... dad .."

" Faith we want to say you something.. " my dad said and took a seat on bed

" Umm yess.. " I don't know why but I was feeling something was mysterious about them ..

" Faith me and your uncle ... We arranged your wedding with Ewan ..

" what ?!! " My eyes widened .. the way they said it so effortlessly.. it didn't fit into me so effortlessly though ..
