Episode 17

Rupa POV.......

I never imagined that coming to Ooty would be so much fun, but the person I came for is acting strangely. Although Nisha still acts toward me in the same way as before, over the past few days I have noticed that she is preoccupied with her own thoughts, and I believe I know who she is constantly thinking about. Revansh! She somehow finds a way to include Revansh in every conversation. So someone is in love, and I have proof: I have read her diary.

(I am not sure when I started liking him. I am feeling something for no one else that I have never felt before. I don't know what to call this emotion , is it simply a crush or..... Is it love?)

Hehe! But it is okay to read your best friend's diary.

I am overjoyed that she has finally found someone for her. And I have also found someone for myself.

When I came to Ooty, the first 2-3 days were very boring, but then we started going college things turned cheerful. Nikhil was the first whom I met in the college. Though I did not believe in love at first sight, I was drawn to him from the moment I met him, and I am now positive that I feel something for him.

I have been trying for two or three days to confess, but I am unable to do so. Although I am not sure how or when to confess, I will do so shortly.

I was so engrossed in my thoughts that I did not even notice Nikhil sitting down next to me.

Nikhil ! Since when have you been here? I asked when I saw him.

It is only been a few minutes since I arrived. Why are you so lost, though? Raising an eyebrow, he asked.

It's nothing that serious, I said and smiled on which he nodded.

After some time. The bell rang, indicating that college was over.

I got to my feet, but then my heels slipped on the grass and I tripped over him.

I glanced into his eyes, seeking the love that gleams in my heart. I was so engrossed in him that my mind has stopped functioning. It was when I heard Nisha's voice , I came to my sense. I stood up immediately and extended my hand to him. He held my hand and stood up and asked," Are you okay? Is wearing heels to college really necessary?"

I gave him a silly smile in response to his worry.

If you both are done then can we go now? Nisha asked.

I nodded and went with her.

She teased in the taxi, "Hey Rupa, what are you thinking about?

But I ignored her. She repeated the question, a little more seriously this time. But I chose not to answer.

After some time, we reached home.

I sat on the couch. After a few minutes, she came and sat beside me.

Rupa, what happen? Why are upset? She asked.

This is the best time.

And why are you concerned? I asked coldly.

Because I am your friend. She said.

Oh! So you are my friend, and you did not even mention that you and Revansh are dating. She changed to a shocked expression when I said that.
