When Jungwon regained consciousness, he found himself lying.

He rubbed his eyes to come out of his dizziness but he found his surroundings very strange.

" Where am I? " Jungwon thought while looking around.

" ROBERT?!!" He called out for someone because he just couldn't even manage to get up.

" Your Highness? " softly spoken by someone.

" Who? " Jungwon weakly asked. He doesn't have any strength left in his body.  It feels like he has ran miles.

" I'm Megan, Your Highness. Your personal maid. Are you ok? You scared all of us. " Megan said while standing at a distance.

" What???!!" Jungwon exclaimed finally registering her words.

" Your Highness, Please be careful. Royal physician said that your body is still weak. " Megan said coming forward to help him get up.

Jungwon slowly sat straight and looked around. He was left speechless. He feels so lost, where the heck is he? Why is she calling him Your Highness? The last thing he remembers is touching that earring. Is it one of the rooms inside that structure? Somewhere deep down he knows something is wrong otherwise why would someone in 21st century will refer someone as "Your Highness" ?

" What is this place? " Jungwon whispered still in shock.

" Your Highness was learning horse riding when you fell and hit your head. Royal physician said that you might encounter some memory loss because the hit was pretty bad. It's time for your medicine, shall I bring it? " Megan explained the whole situation to him calmly.

" What? I'm sorry miss but I failed to understand. Why are you calling me like that? What is this place? Where am I? "Jungwon asked clear frustration visible on his face.

" You're Queen Jungkook, Your Highness. Do you not remember anything? " Megan said being shock herself. She didn't realised that the wound was that deep.

" Q-Queen? Did I just........ time travelled? " Jungwon was shocked to the core, his hands were trembling.

Jungwon looked at Megan with nervousness before asking her to help him look outside. But was he ready for that blow up?

No way!

If I'm here then what happened in 21st century? Am I dead there?

What must be Mom and Dad going through?

Or is the owner of this body went to 21st century?

*Sigh* I hope he submit my assignment.

" Can you bring me a mirror, Megan? "  Jungwon asked politely.

" Sure Your Highness. "

This sounds so weird.

How am I suppose to behave? Wait..I'm the queen now so I can be however I want. What can they even do to me huh? 

Jungwon grabbed the mirror from Megan's hands and looked at his face.

* Loud gasp*

" Why-  w-why haven't my looks changed? " Jungwon trembled while thinking.

Did Queen Jungkook looked like....me?

Jungwon's brain was a mess. He was trying to accept the fact that he has somehow time travelled after touching that earring but Queen looked exactly the same like him?

Was he Queen Jungkook in his previous life? Was it because of this he was so attached with this story? This is why he felt strange in that structure?

And now if he has really time travelled then how can he go back? This earring doesn't looks promising enough. He can't possibly mess with the history, can he?

Suddenly Robert's words rang in his ear.

" It looks like you want to change the history"

Yes at that time he wanted to. But now that his own life is at stake he doesn't know if he should. What mess will he create if he changed something in the history.

But if I didn't then won't I die? 

Jungwon's Pov

I don't belong here. Why am I here?

And most importantly now that I'm here, it's going to be me who'll be executed mercilessly.

But-  but isn't it my previous life? Don't I actually....belong here?

What nonsense are you thinking Jungwon! We just have same face and now will have same fate!!!

I looked at Megan who's busy staring at me. This is so weird. Why do royals are always surrounded by watchers?

" Where's the library Megan?" I asked her.

She smiled bashfully and decided to take me their.

" How old are you Megan? You look quite young to be working here in the palace. "  I couldn't stop myself from asking.

" Oh I'm 16 Your Majesty! Quite old to work here in the palace. The minimum age to work here is 13. We get married when we turn 16 so I'm pretty old." Megan replied with a constant smile on her face.

That's actually so young.

" Are you married? " I asked again.

" I'm...a widow Your Highness." She replied with sad eyes. Her pain was clearly visible. This is so disheartening.

" Oh... I'll take good care of you ok? Don't worry. Just never betray me and never trust anyone other than me ok? I'll even get you married to a good man once you grow up more. " I replied finally passing a small smile to her.

But her reaction quite shocked me. She looked at me with teary eyes and somewhere it was disappointment maybe?

" It's not allowed Your Highness. We can't marry again. Marriage is a sacred bond which we can tie with only one person in one lifetime. " Megan replied looking too upset.

It's cruel!

" But Megan will always be loyal to His Highness!" she again said with a smile

It's amazing how she can manage to smile in such situations. She's just a kid, but so much mature.

" Here's the library Your Highness. I'll wait outside." Megan said

" Why? Come inside. You can look around and maybe find something you want to read? " I insisted but she refused saying books lulls her to sleep.

Jungkook spent his all day inside the library trying to understand there culture, customs, geography and relations with other kingdoms. Him being a history major helped him alot. He already knew about most of the nearby kingdoms and their downfall. All he needed to learn was Amarna's culture cause now he's their Queen and if he didn't behaved well he might get kicked out sooner than before.
