first day.

Authors POV

Aireen woke up early and checked her handnote .which included bunch of tasks and classes ..her first task was to be present in the dining hall sharp at 7. collect her own utensils and food from the cafeteria..yet she was late by a minute..causing her to loose breakfast.. she was going back to her room..when Lady Agatha stopped her.

"young lady where are you headed to?"

She sighed and said "I missed the breakfast by just a minute..they won't give me breakfast so I'm going back to my room"

"you haven't checked the rule part did you?"

" no I didn't.."

"You are not allowed to leave the dining area untill dining time ends"

"But I .."

"Wether you get breakfast...or not",lady Agatha interrupted .

Aireen was forced to sit down..watch others eat..while her tummy was grumbling.

"want some? " said Erica.

"heyy it's you again...and as if you would give me?"

"Be grateful when I'm nice..I don't last long on good mood . I'll just suddenly be a bitch and bash at you.."

Aireen smiled mockingly and said," I am grateful miss.. But no thank you.."

"you don't even deserve my food..no sharing is caring here.. Kindness is no virtue".

"I'll keep in mind."

She had to wait for an hour..untill the bell rang..finally a class started ..class of patience

the first thing to be taught in the morning..

she followed some of the students to a classroom.. They didn't have seats .. They only had round tables for each students...to be exact for 15 students. each table had different things..some had puzzles with only shape no color, bedazzling equipments..just a switch board , bunch of tangled yarns and so on. she was unsure what to do..she just chosed a table with a tangled metal chain. Thought it'd be easier than a tangled yarns..a teacher entered the classroom.

"Patience can earn you amazing things.. Henceforth, I'm here to teach you everything you need to learn to be patient . You've chosed your table right.. Now solve whatever you have in your hand. Do your task patiently.."

Like everyone else..Aireen started to solve her metal chain tangles..which she thought would be easier than yarn..yet she kept tangling it more...When she was almost done, about to untie the last two knots the teacher came and grabbed the chain and made it even more tangled.. Which angered Aireen..

"what the hell! I was almost done sir! Let me complete..and the time isn't up yet.!"

"you failed the test.. Stand aside for homework."

"what? wasn't this a class?"

"don't make me repeat twice.."

She looked around..The reason why she was so focused and indulged into her task was actually pointless... everyone else's task was also ruined right when they were almost done..But they didn't react. She was too indulged to notice that. She then realized.. The class wasn't about solving the problem patiently ..It was about being patient even when things get ruined when it was about be complete.. She stepped aside..

everyone else were leaving the classroom. That's when her eyes first caught Niles..Another student notoriously famous here .about whom she heard that day...it was just a glance from Niles..after Niles, zahir crossed her.

"newbie ha? First day first punishment!" said zahir.

"he said homework.."

"Homework equals to punishment here."

they walked off...Sir Wilson handed her 2 litres of water and an empty jar..

"transfer the water in the jar through this needle"

"sir that's impossible.. "

"hard bt not impossible. You have only 2hours till your next class .. complete this early otherwise you'll be punished ."

"this is already a punishment " Aireen murmured .

"my assistant will observe you..don't try to cheat."

"sure, sir"..

He left ..

After 2hour

Aireen's Pov

I can't feel my fingers anymore...I never realized filing a jar with needle would be that much of a torture..I barely made it to the next class ..Joining Another madness I thought.Class of manipulation. surprisingly it wasn't as weird as the last one.. A teacher taught us about manipulation skills ..said he'll teach us practically next time . After that a class for business strategies and marketing began. which was something I enjoyed ..but right when I thought I could rest finally someone called my name from back.

"Are you the student? Aireen Mallory Evans?"

said a tall guy, probably a Chinese person..

" I am.."

"hi I am mike. your name is on today's cleaning list. Apparently 2nd buildings library hall.. You have to mop it. "

"seriously?? I really have to?" I frowned with displeasure. I was already having a bad day and a random guy nicely made it worse. it's not his fault though..I did see this on the handnote.

"sorry I don't have a choice..please collect your necessary equipment and change into cleaning uniform."

"Don't be sorry ..you didn't do anything. Now do me a favor please show me the cleaning room and library hall."

Out of all the weirdos I met today, Mike can seriously outpass them .weirdest.. You know why? Finding a nice person in a place like this is definitely something peculiar.
