[Scene: Yuria’s First Day at the Company]
Yuria stood outside the towering glass building, her heart racing with excitement and nerves. Her brothers, Je-huan and Se-huana, were beside her, both grinning with pride.
Kim je-huan
Teasing "Ready to conquer the jewelry world, little sis?"
Kim yu-ria
Adjusting her scarf nervously "Stop calling me that. Remember the deal—we’re not family here. I’m just a fresher."
Kim Se-huana
Mocking a gasp "Wow, you’re really serious about this condition, huh?"
Kim yu-ria
Crossing her arms "Yes, I am! I want to prove myself, not ride on the Kim name. So, no one at the company should know I’m your sister."
Kim je-huan
Chuckling "Fine, fine. But don’t expect us to call you 'Miss Yuria' or anything. You’ll still be our baby sister outside work."
Kim yu-ria
Rolling her eyes "Deal. Now, can we go in? I don’t want to be late on my first day."
The three entered the bustling company lobby. The staff greeted Je-huan and Se-huana respectfully as they walked through, but Yuria hung back, pretending not to know them.
Receptionist
Smiling at Yuria "You must be the new intern. Welcome! Let me guide you to your desk."
Yuria gave a polite nod and followed the receptionist to the design floor. Her heart skipped a beat as she saw the creative buzz of people sketching, brainstorming, and working with sparkling gemstones.
Receptionist
This is your desk. Your team leader, Mr. Choi, will brief you shortly. Good luck!"
Yuria sat down, glancing around the room. She noticed Je-huan peeking in from the glass window, giving her a thumbs-up. She shot him a glare, mouthing, Go away!
Mr.Choi
Approaching with a clipboard "Ah, you’re the new hire. Welcome to the design team, Yuria. Let’s see what you’ve got."
The time passed in a blur of introductions and tasks. Yuria focused hard, sketching ideas and observing her team’s dynamics. She avoided any interaction with her brothers during work hours, determined to keep her identity a secret
[Lunch Break – Cafeteria]
Yuria sat with a group of interns, listening to their chatter about the company.
Intern 1
Did you see Mr. Je-huan earlier? He’s so impressive. I heard he’s already making waves in the industry."
Intern 2
Nodding "And Mr. Se-huana is a genius in strategy. The Kim brothers are the backbone of this company."
Yuria smiled to herself, feeling proud of her brothers but keeping quiet.
As Yuria packed her things, Je-huan and Se-huana walked in, pretending to be casual
Kim je-huan
Loudly "Ah, Miss Yuria, how was your first day? Did you survive?"
Kim yu-ria
Whispering "Shhh! You’re going to blow my cover!"
Kim Se-huana
Laughing "Relax, we’re just here to check on you. You did great today."
Kim yu-ria
Smirking "Of course I did. I’m a Kim, after all."
Kim je-huan
But not at work, right?"
The three laughed as they left the building together, the bond between them stronger than ever.
