chapter 1: I Met You

It was a hot and sunny monday, the school just started. Hi I'm Seita Nakame, a high school student from kitagawa high school, some people find me 'gloomy', sometimes they say that im creepy, and other words that really hurt my feelings. Ever since i was a kid, i never get to speak to anyone because whenever i tried to, they stayed away and kept their distance. They teased, making fun of me every single day. At first i didn't really know how to react and often just kept my head down and just never looked in their faces ever again. I'm now a highschool student but things haven't changed still.

*/Alarm clock ringing

"Hmmnh, it's time for school already? I wanna sleep more- nevermind, maybe things will be different this time." Seita said after yawning.

"Get up and get ready for school now Seita! You don't wanna be late on the first day of school don't you?? Now get up!!" His mother shouted to wake him up.

"Alright, coming!'" Seita replied.

While they were eating breakfast, Seita was immediately advised by her mother to study hard and try to make friends with others.

"How do you feel about transferring to your new school now Seita? Do you feel excited? Try to make new friends so you won't be lonely like the last time" my mom said.

"Fine, i guess" Seita answered while pretending to agree.

(Time skip) It's time to go to school*

"Mom, i'm leaving now!" Seita said goodbye that he was leaving as he was in a hurry

"Be careful on the road!" his mother replied.

While Seita was walking to school, a woman suddenly crossed paths and bumped into her.

"sorry, i wasn't paying attention on the road. I'm really sorry" The woman said to Seita.

"it's fine, i understand" Seita replied to the woman.

"by the way, i am Ayane Nagisa. Nice to meet you" Ayane said as she smiled happily.

"I'm Seita Nakame. Nice to meet you too" Seita replied.

"Is it okay if I accompany you to school?" Ayane said.

"It's fine with me, if that's what you want" Seita replied.

They happily talked and walked to school and immediately became friends after that.

Their class started immediately, they introduced themselves one by one and he found out that Ayane was sitting next to him. They were immediately happy to know this and they talked and helped when one of them is having difficulty in a specific subject.

Their bell rang to let them know it was lunch time. Seita doesn't have his lunch because he never really enjoyed lunch time, back in his elementary days, he was always alone when it was lunch time. He watches the other kid play and eat with others and he always feels sad whenever he thinks about it, because of that he never bought not even one lunch to school so he won't remember the feeling again.

Ayane noticed that Seita doesn't have lunch so he asks if he wanted to eat and try some of her lunch.

"would you like to try my lunch?" Ayane asks.

"if that's okay with you." Seita replied.

"here, have the other part and i'll have this part" Ayane stated.

"thank you" Seita thanked.

"welcome" Ayane said.
