FINDING HOME IN FAMILIAR ARMS

FINDING HOME IN FAMILIAR ARMS

Chapter 1 ( Betrayal of a lover)

The city lights blurred into streaks of color as Izuku navigated the familiar streets, his heart heavy with the weight of a long day. The training session had been grueling, pushing him to his limits, but even the physical exhaustion couldn't dull the ache in his chest. He'd been feeling off all day, a nagging sense of unease that he couldn't shake.

As he approached their apartment building, he noticed the lights were off, an unusual sight for this time of night. Shinso, his boyfriend, was usually up late, working on his quirk or just enjoying the quiet of the evening. A wave of worry washed over him. Had something happened?

He fumbled with his keys, finally unlocking the door. The apartment was dark, the only light emanating from the bedroom. His heart pounded in his chest. Something was wrong.

He crept towards the bedroom, his footsteps silent on the carpet. As he neared the door, a muffled sound reached his ears. A low moan, followed by a gasp, and then a soft chuckle. His blood ran cold. It was Shinso's voice, and it was laced with a passion he'd never heard before.

He hesitated, his hand hovering over the doorknob. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. Shinso, his loving, sensitive, quiet boyfriend, making those sounds with someone else? It felt like a betrayal, a stab in the heart.

He pushed the door open, the sound of his own ragged breathing filling the room. His eyes, adjusting to the darkness, landed on the scene before him.

Shinso, his face flushed with passion, was pressed against the wall, his hands tangled in the hair of a man he recognized instantly. It was Monoma, their rival from Class 1-B, his face contorted in a mixture of pleasure and arrogance.

Izuku stood frozen, his heart a leaden weight in his chest. The sight of them, their bodies intertwined, their moans echoing through the room, was a brutal assault on his senses. His world, his carefully constructed reality, had shattered into a million pieces.

He couldn't believe it. Shinso, his boyfriend, the one he'd confided in, the one he'd loved with all his heart, was cheating on him with his rival. The pain was so intense, so raw, it felt like a physical blow.

He stumbled back, his legs giving way beneath him. He collapsed onto the floor, his back against the door, his eyes fixed on the scene before him. He couldn't tear his gaze away, even as tears welled up in his eyes.

He watched as Shinso, his face contorted in a mixture of pleasure and guilt, looked up and saw him. His eyes widened in shock, the color draining from his face. He pulled away from Monoma, his hands shaking.

"Izuku..." he whispered, his voice hoarse with shame.

Izuku couldn't speak. He could only stare at him, his heart breaking with each passing second.

Monoma, his face twisted in a smirk, stood up and adjusted his clothes. He looked at Izuku, his eyes cold and calculating.

"Well, well, well," he sneered. "Looks like someone's got a little surprise for them."

Izuku ignored him, his gaze fixed on Shinso. He wanted an explanation, a justification, anything to make sense of this betrayal. But the words wouldn't come. His throat felt constricted, his voice trapped in a silent scream.

Shinso, his face pale with guilt, stepped towards him, his hand reaching out as if to touch him. But Izuku flinched away, his eyes filled with a mixture of pain and anger.

"Izuku, please..." Shinso pleaded, his voice trembling. "Let me explain."

Izuku shook his head, his tears flowing freely now. He couldn't bear to hear his explanation, to listen to his excuses. He knew that no matter what Shinso said, nothing could justify his actions.

He stood up, his legs shaky, and walked towards the door. He wouldn't stay in that room, in that apartment, in that city, not with the memory of their betrayal seared into his mind.

He looked back at Shinso, his face a mask of pain and heartbreak. He didn't speak, he didn't even say goodbye. He just turned and walked away, leaving behind the shattered pieces of his love, the remnants of a future he'd once dreamt of. He walked into the night, his tears mingling with the rain, a testament to the storm that had ripped through his life
