Heather was still at the other station. Rick went to Robert to inform him about submitting the report, and they both went inside.

"Just a second man, it's right here."

Robert said to him while looking through the files that were on his office.

"Yeah, yeah, take your time."

Even though Rick said that, he seemed impatient. He kept looking at the clock and then back at Robert.

He finally found the file, but as he was about to head to the Chief's office, the phone rang. Robert immediately turned around to answer it, thinking it was something important that happened to Heather.

On the other side, Rick was getting more anxious about the time. He wanted that file to get to the office before Heather would return.

"Want me to take it there?"

He whispered at Robert, who was clearly occupied on the phone.

He just moved his hand, so Rick would stop talking. But he kept insisting, and Robert just handed the file with anger over to him so he would shut up.

Rick disappeared into thin air with a smile on his face. He went to his office and put the report on his drawer.

He then took another file and got out of there.

He knocked on the Chief's office and went inside when he got permission.

"Hello sir, it's the report you asked to see. Look at it carefully, please, if there are any mistakes."

The chief smirked and opened the file. He then started laughing and looked at Rick.

"Neither Heather nor Robert would such a mistake, though. You better find an excuse if they come denying all this."

Rick nodded his head, and then a thought came to his mind.

" Make him organize the files downstairs. We will claim that he was too tired to notice the mistake. He probably won't be able to deny it. "

"You are indeed smart about those things. Thank Matthew when you meet him next time for transferring you here."

Matthew was actually the chief Heather and Robert had when they first became officers. The one who transferred them to the station, they are currently working.

Rick was also with them at the same one. He was also there when they were having the exams for becoming officers, but he failed.

He just picked the first person he saw at the list. He blamed that person, who happened to be Heather, for him failing the exams.

It was clear that Robert and Heather were friends since they were always together, so he wanted to ruin them together.

He wanted to be higher than them. He felt jealous and furious, causing the root of those negative feelings. And that hatred started growing, so he chose to go with people who could help him achieve that.

Matthew and Alexander, two chiefs that were working against the other police station and helped other gangs to power up. In case someone found out about their secret, the gangs would help them.

So Alexander, the chief of the station Heather and Robert are would take new officers from Matthew,who passed the exams and have them be killed on the field.

The blame would fall on them and not on the higher ups, with the excuse that they couldn't protect themselves even though they just passed the exams and things were still freshed in their minds.

Things were going great until the unbeatable duo came. They would always survive and come back. Alexander was angry, and then Matthew decided to send Rick there to help him.

Currently, Rick swapped the files and gave the chief the wrong one, Alexander also knew, but Heather and Robbert didn't.
