Mr.Green's Announcement

When i answer the phone her mother said that my friend had died in her sleep. I started to hyperventilate, she was dead, but how? I started to think back to the dream, i asked her mother if she knew the cause of her death her mother said that she had suffocated. I asked, "Like drowning?". There was a small pause than a hesitant yes... The phone fell out of my hand, i was frozen; i couldn't believe what i just heard. I was sure it was a prank, right? I mean there is no way my friend could just stop breathing in her sleep she had no Respiratory issues [Problem with lungs] issues or anything like that. I slowly picked the phone back up, my friends mother had already hung up. I just got up and got for school, i'm sure its a prank and we will meet up at the back of the class like normal. When i got to school we were in the class room, usually Mr.Green [The teacher] was pretty lay back and chill as long as we didn't get to out of hand; but today was different. Mr.Green said he had something to say and he needed us to settle down and take a seat. I sat with Alison, another one of my friends. Mr.Green clears his throat with a kinda distressed look on his face, then he says it, " Our class is gonna be a little different due to a loss of a student." I all of the sudden felt really cold and started to tremble, could.... could he be talking about my friend? I wasn't sure, I mean we weren't even sure that he meant dead when he said loss, all I know it could mean moved or drop out. Then he said it,"she had passed away in her sleep so anyone who takes a few days off out of stress knowing a classmate has died you will be excused but don't abuse it." I could not believe what i just heard, she is actually dead?! How can this be?! All i knew was there is know way i'm going to school, not because i don't want to cuz personally I love school, but needed to find out what happened to my friend. After school I start walking home, my friend Alison caught up to me and asked if i wanted to go take a walk on the beach cuz she wasn't allowed to go by herself; I could use a walk so i said sure. We'er on the beach shore, walking close enough so we feel the ocean on our feet but far enough so we don't get to wet. Then I remember that dream i had that night, but i didn't think to hard about it; i was to sure that it was just a coincidence. That thought just kept coming back tho could it have been more than just a coincidence...
