When Elias’ experiments led to the accident, Lyra’s father was killed. Elias went underground and became "The Specter," using his knowledge of relic tech for his own purposes.

Motivation: Elias believes that relic tech holds the key to saving humanity. He sees the current systems of control in Neon City as outdated and corrupt. He wants to use the ancient technology to create a new order—one where technology and power are combined to create a utopia. To him, anyone standing in the way of this vision is either blind or weak, and must be removed, including Lyra.

Personality: Elias is coldly logical but deeply passionate about his beliefs. He sees himself as a visionary and others as trapped by the past. His obsession with relic tech makes him unpredictable, as he’s willing to cross any line for progress.

Role: Lyra’s loyal partner in the investigation.

Skills: Tech and hacking specialist. While not as physically skilled as Lyra, he’s the brains behind many of their operations, capable of disabling security systems, tracking suspects via digital footprints, and manipulating the city's network.

Personality: A bit of a joker, Kai balances out Lyra’s intensity with his lighthearted attitude. He often acts as comic relief, but his intelligence and loyalty make him invaluable. Deep down, he’s in awe of Lyra’s abilities but never lets that stop him from teasing her.

Carmen “The Whisper” Nox:

Occupation: Information broker and former thief. Carmen works in the shadows, collecting secrets from all corners of Neon City. She has an extensive network of spies, smugglers, and informants that help her stay one step ahead of the law.

Relationship with Lyra: They have a complicated history. Professor Julian Asher:

Occupation: A reclusive relics expert and former colleague of Lyra’s father. Julian helped raise Lyra after her father’s death and has become a father figure to her. He lives on the outskirts of Neon City, far from the corruption and violence.

Skills: A brilliant scholar with a deep understanding of ancient relics and their hidden powers. He often helps Lyra decipher symbols or piece together clues tied to the relic tech.

Personality: Julian is wise but burdened by the loss of his friend (Lyra’s father) and the guilt of not being able to prevent the tragedy. He’s cautious and often warns Lyra to stay away from relic tech, knowing how dangerous it can be. Still, he provides guidance when needed.
